This top quality property for holiday rental or monthly winter rental is located in one of the most beautiful resorts in Puerto de La Cruz and is spoken in German in the native language.
The complex "Mar Y Cumbre" is located at the end of the main promenade of La Paz in absolute rest position. All the amenities of La Paz and the botanical garden are within walking distance, and the beach and the beautiful sea water bath "Lago Martianez" near the city center are within easy reach.
The Pareado, a corner row house in this complex, offers you an elegant and comfortable way to enjoy your stay in Puerto de la Cruz.
The house is accessed via a separate entrance and has a lovely little private garden with tropical plants and a BBQ grill. Through this garden you will also reach the communal area with the beautiful, well-kept garden and the heated 3 pools with children's pool.
The main entrance of the house leads to the pleasant, bright lobby. From there a beautiful wooden staircase leads into the main floor of the apartment. It has a spacious loft-style living room with high-quality wooden floor, a large marble dining table, a comfortable leather seating and a 49 "LED TV with German and Spanish SAT reception , Which is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge and dishwasher, and on this level there is the main bedroom with chest of drawers and large fitted wardrobe of real wood as well as a very nice spacious daylight bathroom en suite with bath and bidet A second bedroom, also with terrace access, with an associated daylight bathroom with shower and massage jugs, complete this level, but the highlight is the 23 m² terrace, with lateral windscreen glazing And awnings, with a magnificent view of the garden and the pools, from which Si Then enjoy the sun all afternoon.

das Haus und die Ausrüstung ist sehr gut - für ein Mietobjekt oberer Standard. Die Lage, am Rande von La Paz ist ausgesprochen ruhig - es ist aber sehr empfehlenswert ein Auto zu mieten. in der Nähe hat es zwar einige Restaurants, Strand und Bars allerdings sind nur wenige in Fussnähe.

Traumhaft! Ein großartiges und sehr zu empfehlendes Ferienhaus. Das Reihenendhaus grenzt an einen zum Haus gehörenden Garten. Dieser ist gepflegt und bietet Zugang zu einem Gemeinschaftspool (dieser hat einen kindgerechten Nebenpool) und einem gemeinschaftlichen Park. Die Wohnlage ist sehr ruhig und geschützt, so dass wir uns hervorragend erholen konnten. Fantastisch war für uns, dass wir nicht immer Autofahren mussten, da sich das Objekt in Puerto de la Cruz befindet. Somit konnten wir in ca. 5-10 Minuten Restaurants und prächtige Parkanlagen zu Fuß besuchen. Das Haus hat uns ebenso durch seine stilvolle Einrichtung überzeugt , eine Küche, die angemessen eingerichtet/ ausgestattet ist, eine breite Terrasse sowie eine Garage. Die Abwicklung der Schlüsselübergabe inklusive Hausführung hat problemlos – dank der kompetenten Führung Herrn Zöllners – geklappt. Vielen Dank und bis hoffentlich ganz bald! J.L.
