The Ilse and the mountains beckon and inside a brick fireplace, a Finnish dry sauna, unique furniture made of reclaimed old wood, down-to-earth natural materials such as stone, skins and solid brushed larch wood.
The chalet has 4 generously furnished bedrooms with double beds, 2 exclusive bathrooms with underfloor heating, towel radiators and natural stone washbasins, its own sauna, a rustic living and dining area with a brick fireplace for cosy hours and a covered wooden terrace with comfortable wooden furniture and terrace heating.
In the outdoor area you will find an outlet to the Ilse River, which runs around the property, as well as a barbecue area with a fire bowl and grill.

You can reach the town centre and the hiking trails quickly and easily, which start approx. 200 m from the chalet. Our sports chalet with its rustic and traditional ambience, sauna and fireplace, is situated in a dreamlike, quiet location facing the beautiful Ilse Valley.
The view of the surrounding mountain landscape and Ilsenburg Castle is unique.

The perfect holiday home!
This holiday home is really perfect in my eyes. From the furnishings, which were chosen with great attention to detail, to the equipment, which really lacks nothing, to the location and the outdoor area with fire bowl, barbecue and the exemplary well-kept lawn. The 5 stars are more than deserved and we will be happy to come back.

Exceptionally charming, high-quality equipment
The Sport Chalet in Ilsenburg is a top address for those who value a stylishly furnished vacation home. The landlords have created something truly exceptional here. The Sport Chalet is furnished in alpine country house style. High-quality materials were used for the furnishings (floor tiles, plank flooring, furniture), so the house truly deserves its 5 stars. It, as well as the outdoor facilities, make a very well-kept impression. You can feel at every corner that the landlords are passionate about what they do. The charming details about "sports" in the Sport Chalet are particularly charming - such as a bathroom shelf built from a sled or a floor lamp that illuminates old skis. We (six friends) felt very comfortable. In this house (with sauna and fireplace), you can also spend rainy days wonderfully cozy. In summer, you can cool your feet, exhausted from hiking, in the Ilse right behind the house. There is a slight deduction in terms of price/performance or service for the lack of bread delivery service (which is actually common in houses of this price level) and for the relatively strict payment conditions (total price is due four weeks before the start of the trip, electricity and water cost extra).

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in Ilsenburg
Wir waren eine Woche mit fünf Erwachsenen und drei kleinen Kindern in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus. Auch wenn das Wetter mal nicht so schön ist, fühlt man sich hier wohl. Die Zimmer sind großzügig und die Einrichtung ist eine ausgewogene Mischung aus rustikal und modern. Die ganze Ausstattung ist mit Wert auf Details und sehr geschmackvoll. Die Lage ist auch super und die Ilse ist genau nebenan und man kann sofort loswandern.

Stilvoll und geräumig
Dies ist ein sehr liebevoll und hochwertig eingerichtetes Haus in sehr schöner Umgebung. Jedes Zimmer hat Platz, richtig gute Betten, einen sehr ordentlichen, schönen Schrank UND dazu eine geräumige Kommode mit vielen Schubladen. Sogar im Bad gibt es Platz, dass man seine Sachen lassen kann. Einzige Schönheitsfehler für uns: die Handtücher haben alle die gleiche Farbe (hübsch aber unpraktisch), das Wohn-Esszimmer ist recht dunkel (wegen der überdachten Terrasse und weil der Schlossberg gegenüber ist) und das Licht im Wohnzimmer war zu dunkel zum Lesen, und das WLAN war recht schwach. Dafür ist schön Platz zum Essen, auch wenn Besuch kommt und es ist ausreichend Geschirr etc.vorhanden. Sauna nach Brockenwanderung sehr angenehm. Alles sehr hochwertig. Sehr freundliche Vermieterin!

Ein echter Traum!
Ausstattung, Wertigkeit, Liebe zum Detail! Die FeWo zeichnete sich zudem über viel Platz und Sauberkeit aus. Dazu kommt noch der sehr nette Service der Vermieter.
