Location and surroundings of object
A detached house with a marvelous panorama view on the lake Garda. The house is located on the east bank of Lake Garda in Torri del Benaco in the district of Pai. Approximately 300m from the lake, so only a few minutes walk. Pai has about 200 inhabitants, located at the foot of Monte Baldo, 6 km from Torri del Benaco. Pai consists of Pai di sopra and Pai di sotto, the house just in between. Above is a small square with 2 restaurants. There you can sit very nice and eat well. Pai di sotto also has restaurants, a small port, where you can get some fish directly from the fishermen some days in the morning. Good bathing possibilities, the lake has in high summer depending on the weather between 24 and 27 degrees Celsius.

* Grotte Tanella, only accessible with guide. Guided tour dates are indicated on the large board on the way to the village square on the left
* Parish Church of San Marco * Old wash well in Pai di sopra, as you pass by on the way from the house to the village square
Attractions in Torri del Benaco:
A very pretty harbor, not yet overflowed.
* The Skaligerburg from the 14th century is worth a visit
* In the church of Santissima Trinita are still some frescoes preserved.
* From here starts the car ferry about half-hour to the west bank to Toscolano Maderno
* From Torri del Benaco, go up into the mountains to Albisano, San Zeno, Prada
Castelletto di Brenzone:
* Small beautiful town with harbor where there is a boat rental. At Lake Garda you can rent boats without a license with 40HP.

Great view of Lake Garda and a beautiful, peaceful location.
We spent 11 wonderful and relaxing vacation days here with four adults and a toddler.
The house is very clean and well-maintained and equipped with everything you could wish for. In the spacious living room with a view of the lake, you feel very comfortable even on rainy days. We were particularly impressed by the large pool, which was already open in early May and which we used every day.
The location is ideal for trips in all directions and despite the proximity to the lake, it is far from the hustle and bustle and wonderfully quiet.
We usually ended the day on the balcony, with a dreamlike view of the lake and the opposite shore.
An absolutely successful vacation!

Dreamlike location
We really enjoyed the house with the fantastic view of Lake Garda and the huge pool! We especially liked the garden with the old olive trees, which offer relaxing places in the shade. We wanted for nothing and will gladly come back again.

Sehr empfehlenswert
Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, hatten viel Platz eine grandiose Aussicht. Im Haus war alles da, was wir brauchten. Einzig Fliegengitter vor den Fenstern, um beim Lüften Mücken aus dem Haus fernzuhalten, wären wünschenswert gewesen.

Wonderful time in a great villa

Perfekter Urlaub
Luxushaus in traumhafter Lage, der Blick über den Gardasee ist jeden Tag anders! Wir haben den Urlaub hier mit zwei Kindern sehr genossen. Ob Bummel durch Torri del Benaco, Tagesausflug nach Verona oder Fahrt mit der Autofähre zur anderen Seeseite, es gab viele Ziele, die von hier aus leicht zu erreichen waren. Und am Abend und an "Ausruhtagen" konnten wir am Haus so richtig entspannen. Der Pool war für unsere Jungs perfekt und wurde jeden Tag mehrmals genutzt. Wir hatten zwei Regentage, dank des riesigen Wohnzimmers war aber auch das zu viert kein Problem! Wir können es nur empfehlen und kommen jederzeit gerne wieder.

Fantastic time out
We spent 2 fantastic weeks here with the children, during which we all got our money's worth. Plenty of peace and quiet to read, endless excursion possibilities within a few minutes by car, and starting every day with a nice breakfast overlooking Lake Garda... what more could you want. We will be happy to come back.
