Very nice villa with large well maintained garden and pool, ideal for 8 people. The big garden has a barbecue, swings, a trampoline and sunbathing. The interior offers 3 modern double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower, a small toilet with washbasin and a large spacious living room with couch (sleeping for 2 persons) and a fully equipped kitchen. The terrace and the garden are equipped with seating. The villa is fully air-conditioned, has W-LAN and private parking in front of the house.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday is only 10 minutes by car from Pula. It is located in a quiet village Loborika. Pula is the cultural center of Istria and offers numerous attractions to visit in your spare time. Pula has many beautiful beaches and coves. In the vicinity of the apartment only 10 minutes by car, there are well-known tourist centers and beaches such as: Medulin, Pomer, Pula, Ramen Kamenjak, Premantura, Veruda and Verudela and Sandy Bay. Visit the famous Briuni Islands and get spoiled by the breathtaking nature. There are many cycling trails nearby.
