The Holiday flat
Spatial position on a mountain (height: 224 m). The house is on a small, partially unpaved and rarely traveled road. It is a former farmhouse and was completely renovated. It is a very large property with its own vineyard. The property is fenced with a thick hedge and secured with a locked gate. The whole property can be used by guests. In addition, the resort features a separate, enclosed sun terrace.
The apartment has its own entrance from the outside. She is loving traditional Italian furnishings. From the apartment you have a wonderful sea views and mountain views.
The owners are child and pet friendly. The short-term care for children is available upon request. The owners speak German and Italian and happy to give advice on trips and restaurants. In addition to the property owners in Italy tenants is another contact in Germany available.

Location and surroundings of object
The nearest beach can be reached by car in 5 minutes and the Sibillini Mountains (National Park) in about 1 hour. The closest villages are Altidona (about 3 km) and Pedaso (about 5 km). In Altidona there is a supermarket. In Pedaso all the shops and restaurants are available. There are very good fish stores. and fish is sold on the beach in the morning. Pedaso a bus in approximately 3 hours to Rome (about 23 €). By car it takes about hours.
From the house two restaurants are within walking distance (about 1, 5 km). but the road is sometimes very steep.

Leider wissen wir nicht was wir noch schreiben sollen, da wir einfach nur sprachlos über die Freundlichkeit, Hilfsbereitschaft, Service und der SUPER TOLLEN Ferienwohnung sind. Die tolle Aussicht zum Meer und die Berge. Sehr sauber ( fast schon zu sauber ) und alles was gebraucht wird ist mehr als ausreichend vorhanden. Es ist immer ein Ansprechpartner bei fragen oder anliegen Vorort. Und ganz liebe Vermieter, auch ein ganz großes lob an Maria die sich noch die Arbeit gemacht hat um die Wohnung so toll zu reinigen. Ein Stapel Prospeckte mit Ausflugszielen war für alle Altersgruppen sehr gut. selbst an letzten tag haben wir noch Vorschläge für ein Ausflugsziel erhalten. Als wir nach Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der nähe gefragt haben wurden uns mehrere Geschäfte empfohlen, aber nicht die teuren Geschäfte sondern es wurden uns günstige Geschäfte empfohlen und wo sie sind und wie der Weg dorthin ist.
Also alles zusammen SUPER sehr zu empfehlen. und alle die dieses lesen und nicht dort Buchen kann ich nur sagen das Ihr dumm seid . Ihr verpasst eine ganze menge und besonders sehr liebe Gastgeber.
