Welcome to the Brunnenregion in the Neckartal-Odenwald Nature Park
Our granny flat has been available to our future guests as a holiday flat since 2017. It has a separate entrance and is located in a quiet residential area
You will feel at home with us in your "own four walls for a while". The lovingly newly furnished flat has 3 bright, spacious rooms on 108 sqm:
- Large living room with corner couch, satellite TV, W-LAN, dining area for 4 people
- 2 bedrooms with double bed or 2 single beds in country house style (suitable for allergy sufferers)
- fully equipped kitchen with additional small dining area and many extras. Coffee, coffee pods, tea, vinegar, oil, sugar, salt and various spices are available here free of charge
- Bathroom with shower at ground level, WC, washbasin, washing machine
- Outdoor area: small covered terrace with table and 4 chairs, parking space for cars and covered parking space for bicycles

The tranquil town of Reichartshausen is located on the edge of the Kleiner Odenwald and the foothills of the Kraichgau hills. Surrounding larger cities are Heidelberg, Heilbronn, Karlsruhe, Mannheim and Sinsheim.
The varied landscape around Reichartshausen is an ideal starting point for a variety of leisure activities such as extensive hikes and bicycle tours on well-marked paths, excursions into the nearby Neckar Valley, boat trips on the Neckar River or a stay under real South Sea palms in the thermal and bathing world of Sinsheim, Europe's largest vitality bath, only 18 km away.

Beautiful holiday flat
We again spent our longer "home holiday" in this beautiful holiday flat. There is simply nothing missing in this flat, also the quiet location and beautiful surroundings are unbeatable! We can recommend this flat without reservation.

beautiful kraichgau ?
on the day of arrival we were welcomed by mrs. fink in a friendly way. the apartment was very clean and well equipped....there is nothing missing. there is even the latest tv-newspaper ready, in the freezer we found a delicious ice cream as a welcome present as well as 2 bottles of mineral water! even coffee pads, dishwasher tabs, zewa etc. were there in sufficient quantity for use! in the village itself there is a great outdoor swimming pool where we jumped into the water from 6 p.m. again quickly
on the internet it is always officially fully booked in the afternoon....because of corona....after a call we always got admission ?
in the neighbouring town of aglasterhausen, all the grocery shops are represented. for your holiday programme, there are great hiking trails in the region, and a visit to heidelberg, the technology museum in sinsheim, bad rappenau with its great spa park, the wild park in schwarzach and the margarethen gorge is highly recommended. for those for whom a 60km drive is not too far, i can also highly recommend the luisenpark in mannheim and the open-air museum in walldürn!

Home leave
We have spent our home vacation in this beautiful holiday apartment for the second time and felt at home again from the beginning. There is really nothing missing in this beautiful large holiday apartment. The hostess is wonderful! The weather was great and now that it's getting cooler again, we will travel back to our workplace in Muscat, Oman.

Ich bin von Reichartshausen und wohne jetzt in Wien. Die Weihnachtstage haben wir in der alten Heimat verbracht und es gibt nichts zu beanstanden, man geht mit seinem Zahnbürstchen, mehr braucht man nicht, in die Wohnung - es ist so sauber, so schön einfach ankommen wohlfühlen entspannen. Familie Fink heißt einen willkommen , man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Schöner geht nicht mehr. Danke!

Great holiday apartment
We were in this beautiful holiday apartment from July 14th to 25th, 2018. After a long and traffic-jammed journey, we were warmly welcomed. We immediately felt at home in this tastefully and lovingly furnished apartment. There really is nothing missing! We really enjoyed the peace and fresh air.

Ein kurzurlaub vom Feinsten! Wir wurden ganz herzlich empfangen.Die Ferienwohnung ist wirklich super eingerichtet und wir haben uns dadurch sofort wohlgefühlt.
Ideal ist Reichartshausen auch für viele Unternehmungen z.B. schöne Wanderungen oder Fahrten nach Heidelberg,Heilbronn, Eberbach, die Therme und das Museum in Sinsheim ebenso die Tropfsteinhöhle in Eberstadt-Buchen, usw. usw.

Feel-good short break right from the start.
Due to traffic we arrived with a significant delay and were so lovingly and caring welcomed that the stress of the journey was immediately forgotten. From the first minute on we had a holiday feeling of well-being and could switch off immediately from our stressful everyday life. On Saturday we reached the stadium in Sinsheim after a short drive and we were able to experience a great end to the season. Also, a trip to Heidelberg is a great experience ... a really beautiful city. We can only highly recommend this accommodation and will surely come back soon. Thank you so much for EVERYTHING!

sehr schöne Ferienwohnung
Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und haben hier 3 wunderschöne Wochen Urlaub verbracht, an die wir sehr gern zurückdenken werden.
Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es war wirklich alles vorhanden was man braucht. Wir fühlten uns von Anfang an wie zu Hause. Die Vermieter standen uns mit vielen Tipps und reichlich Informationsmaterial zur Seite, so dass wir viele Ausflüge unternommen haben. Es war einfach herrlich und es gab so viel zu entdecken.
Die Gastfreundlichkeit möchten wir besonders hervorheben. Wir wurden sehr verwöhnt.
Leider ist unser Urlaub schon vorbei und es geht nach Gran Canaria zurück.
Wir wünschen Ihnen weiterhin alles Gute.
