Description
We rent our generous beautiful and well maintained penthouse with sea views in an excellent location. The penthouse is located on the 4th floor and can be reached by elevator. It has an area of 119 square meters, a large terrace with a total of 65 square meters and an additional 5 small balconies. So they have all day the chance with the sun to "walk".
The living area consists of a living-dining area with flat- screen TV, radio CD player, fireplace and an open, fully equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, cooker and oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and washing machine.
The penthouse has two bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. There is also a spacious guest bathroom with washing facilities.
Both bedrooms and the living-dining area there is an air conditioning with cooling and heating plus an electric heater in the living-dining area. Furthermore, there is a winter garden, it can be used as the 3rd bedroom.
Equipped with garden furniture and 2 sun terrace offers wonderful views of the Mediterranean and the mountains inland.

Within walking distance of restaurants, cafes and a supermarket can be reached.
The apartment is just 200 meters from the long beach and km from the center of Denia. In a few minutes drive or a short walk along the beach to reach the center of Denia with its fishing and ferry port with daily connections to Ibiza and Mallorca, its historic castle, the historic district, with tapas bars, restaurants and charming shopping streets.

Location and surroundings of object
Denia is located on the northern Costa Blanca between the Spanish cultural centers of Alicante and Valencia and is known for the beautiful, about 25 km long and wide sandy beaches with over 300 sunny days a year.
Besides water, the region is ideal especially for biking and hiking. Many cycling professional teams and triathletes use the region to prepare for the season.
The international airports in Valencia and Alicante, they reached within 60 minutes.
Ryanair, Airberlin, Lufthansa, etc. Norwegianair Alicante or Valencia fly daily.
Denia also has a modern regional hospital, as you are German doctors and specialists.

Tolles Penthouse
Wir waren im August / September 2018 im Penthouse und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.
Die Kommunikation mit Herrn Becker war hervorragend und auch vor Ort hat der Service gepasst.
Alles war vorhanden und alles hat auch funktioniert.

Home away from Home
If only my home would be so gorgeous. Amazing rooftop terrace - 360 degrees view (beach and mountains), well equipped appartment and kitchen with everything you'd need and more. Instructions from the owner in advance which left no question we might have had open. Can only recommend!

super sonnig
Wir waren im Frühjahr in dem schönen Penthouse in Denia. Jedes Zimmer hat einen kleinen Balkon, und da das Penthouse sich über die ganze Tag erstreckt, konnten wir immer mit der Sonne wandern. Der Strand ist 1 Minute entfernt und es gibt viele Restaurant in der Umgebung. Wir kommen wieder....
