The Holiday home

Charge your batteries in the mediterranean sunshine, in the superb outdoor area of this villa: an excellent, salt water pool of 10m x 4m and a depth ranging between 1,2-2m, surrounded by a large green garden, to stroll around, relax or play with the children. There are 6 sun loungers to sunbathe or read a good book. There's a toilet outside. On the porch beside the pool you will find a dining table, to enjoy a good barbecue or some after-dinner conversation with your loved ones. You will enjoy complete privacy, as there are no neighbours around. The terrain is fenced.

The 300m2 villa is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor, you will find a cheerful living- and dining room, with 3 comfortable sofas and 2 armchairs, to have a rest after a long day on the beach. There is a dining table for 8 persons. The independent kitchen works with a vitro hob and counts with a dishwasher, an oven and all further necessary utensils to prepare an exquisite meal for your family. The laundry counts with a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron and an ironing board. This floor counts with a general bathroom with a shower. There is gas central heating for the winter season.

Get a good rest in the four bedrooms: two on the ground floor (with a double bed, a wardrobe, a fan and marvellous views on the garden) and two on the first floor (one is equal to the others, while the 4th bedroom counts with a dressing room, an en-suite bathroom with a bath tub and access to a big terrace. On request, we can prepare a baby bed and a high chair, without any additional cost.

Algaida is situated in the flat land, near Palma. It is home to the local people and very traditional, offering, for example, a wide gastronomic offer in it's typical Mallorcan "cellers". In only 15 minutes by car, you can reach the different beaches of the bay of Palma, to enjoy a refreshing dip in the crystalline waters. It will be an unforgettable holiday!

Note: We cannot accept guests under 30 years old, unless they are accompanied by their parents. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.


Guests will receive an email 7 days prior to arrival with mandatory general deposit payment information. The deposit is payable by credit card via a secure link within 24 hours after receiving the email. For more details, please contact the office using the information on the reservation confirmation received after booking.
Arrival: from 4.00 pm. Departure: before 10.00 am. For arrivals after midnight (12.00 a.m.) a fee of 50€ may be charged, which the client has to pay in cash at the moment of check-in.
