The Holiday home

The large chlorine pool has a size of 10m x 5m and a depth of between 0.9m to 1.9m and is totally private for our guests. Sunbathing on ten sun loungers, refreshing yourself thanks to the outside shower, make a rich barbecue on one of the terraces or enjoy the tranquility and the natural environment will be the day to day during your vacations. The well-kept garden has plenty of space for children to play. There are no direct neighbors so you will enjoy a total privacy. The house is located within a plot of more than 11000m2 which is fenced.

Inside, the house looks exquisite, with authentic elements but without giving up the comforts of modern life. The living room with satellite TV and a large dining area is our guests' favorite place to dine together. In addition, there is a second smaller lounge with air conditioning and wood stove for more intimate moments. You will enjoy preparing your favourite dishes in the fully equipped kitchen with ceramic stove, utensils and dishwasher. Next to the kitchen is the laundry room, including a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with double bed, en-suite bathroom with bathtub, air conditioning, closet and access to the terrace. One toilet gives service to the ground floor.

A few stairs leads you to the first floor where you can find four more bedrooms; three of them with a double bed and one with two single beds. In addition one has an en-suite bathroom with bidet and bathtub. The bedrooms are well equipped, offering air conditioning, wardrobe and exit to a terrace. On request we can prepare up to two baby cots and a highchair. On the first floor, apart from the en-suite bathroom there is another bathroom with bath and bidet.

It does not matter if you are looking for a beach or sport, you can have both in this area, as in less than 15 minutes by car you will reach both the Son Antem golf course and the lively S'Arenal beach or the quiet Cala Blava. On Wednesdays, Thursdays and Sundays you can visit the Llucmajor flea market and buy regional products. The island capital, Palma de Mallorca, is only 20 km away and is famous for La Seu Cathedral, Parc de la Mar and the picturesque old town. The Palma Aquarium, about 13 km away, is ideal to enjoy a day with your family.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The deposit is payable by credit card via a secure link within 24 hours after receiving the email. Arrival: from 4.00 pm. Departure: before 10.00 am. For arrivals after midnight (12.00 a.m.) a fee of 50€ may be charged, which the client has to pay in cash at the moment of check-in.

ACHTUNG! Mit Abstand schlechteste Finca seit 10 Jahren

Wir buchen nun schon seit fast 10 Jahren mit einer Gruppe von Freunden mindestens jährlich eine Finca, um Urlaub auf Mallorca zu machen.
Bisher wurden wir nur positiv überrascht oder unsere Erwartungen wurden erfüllt. Wir waren schon in allen Himmelrichtungen auf der Insel unterwegs und hatten eine Finca.
So etwas wie jetzt habe ich noch nie erlebt.
Das Schlimmste war nicht, dass die Finca nicht dem Leistungsverzeichnis entsprach, sondern das Verhalten des Eigentümers bei der Beseitigung der Fehler bzw. weil er die Reklamationen ignorierte.
Ich führe einfach einmal einen Teil der Mängel auf: Außenkühlschrank nicht vorhanden, die Grünflächen auf den Fotos sind Teilweise kahl, zwei von drei Sonnenschirmen nicht nutzbar, Backofen hat nicht funktioniert, Geschirrspüler hat nicht funktioniert, das Ceranfeld hatte einen Sprung und offene Bruchstellen, die Tür des Gäste-WC konnte man weder abschließen noch die Tür schließen, WLAN lief nur hin und wieder und maximal mit 600kbits obwohl DSL in der Leistungsbeschreibung genannt war, die Betten waren teilweise defekt und einige mussten auf dem Sofa schlafen.
Dies sind nur einige Beispiele. Das Gebäude ist im ganzen schon sehr abgewohnt. Darüber hinaus hat der Eigentümer nicht wirklich reagiert. Statt Kühlschrank brachte er zuerst eine verrostete und schimmlige Gefriertruhe und der Ofen wurde erst Mitte der Woche ausgetauscht. Andere Mängel wurden nicht behoben und es gab kein entgegenkommen.
Der Eigentümer spricht nur Spanisch und scheint die Sprachbarriere in dieser Art für sich zu nutzen.
Nichts desto trotz hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub und konnten das Wetter empfehlen. Die Finca hat auch eine gute Lage und ist nahe an Palma und am Flughafen. Aber auch nahe an der Autobahn. Das Gefühl dass die Autobahn durch den Vorgarten verläuft hat man nur einen Tag, dann hat man sich daran gewöhnt.
Die Kernbotschaft ist. Ausreichend für eine Abi-Truppe
