We are pleased to welcome you to our completely refurbished, modern villa with private heated pool, outdoor kitchen, large barbecue;3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sunny south-west facing position.
Fantastic beaches can be reached in the immediate vicinity.
Our Villa Nectar is located in a quiet residential area in South-Venice, shopping and restaurants are only 5 minutes away
The villa has Wi-Fi with high speed internet access.
As soon as you enter our villa, you can feel at home: The open, spacious living/dining area with kitchen and separate breakfast area, and the new, state-of-the-art furnishings will delight you. You can mix your own cocktails in our outdoor summer kitchen.
There are 3 bedrooms available in the house. In the master suite with its own bathroom and whirlpool, a comfortable king-size bed awaits you
The other bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the living area. One bedroom with a queen size bed, the other with 2 single beds. All beds are equipped with very high quality mattresses. The second bathroom is located directly between the two bedrooms
Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your holiday stay
In the spacious outdoor area with beautiful pool, outdoor shower, sun loungers, large parasol and dining table for 6 people you can enjoy a relaxing day outdoors. Summer kitchen and large barbecue complete the amenities.
If you come with children, we have a baby fence available to secure the pool area for you.

Our holiday villa is located in a quiet residential area of South Venice.
Beautiful dream beaches can be reached within 10 to 15 minutes by car. Or you can relax with a drink at the in-house pool with spacious terrace and summer outdoor kitchen
With its sheltered location directly on the Gulf of Mexico and very beautiful, kilometre-long sandy beaches right on the doorstep, which are not lined with hotels as is usually the case in Florida, but are largely unspoilt, Venice is a top holiday destination for people looking for peace and quiet.
Nevertheless, many sights and attractions are within easy reach and the infrastructure offers everything the heart desires with many shopping possibilities, restaurants, etc. The old town of Venice offers a lot of shopping possibilities.

The Villa Nectar offers everything a woman needs for a dream vacation. Beautiful holiday villa with a great pool and very high-quality equipment. A feel-good atmosphere is guaranteed. Ideally located for all kinds of excursions - whether it's Prime Outlet, dream beaches, or just a trip to the Atlantic coast or Miami. In the immediate vicinity, there are fine restaurants for every palate. If you prefer to cook yourself, you will find top fresh offers at the farmers market, but there is also no shortage of supermarkets.

A holiday home to feel good
We were a family of four this summer in the beautiful vacation home at Villa Nectar in Venice and felt very comfortable. The house is equipped with everything you need. It has a beautiful pool and is lovingly furnished inside. Shopping possibilities as well as restaurants can be reached by car in a few minutes and there are also some dream beaches in the area that can be reached very quickly.
Absolute recommendation for this beautiful vacation home for a very nice vacation in a fantastic environment.

Dream holiday in a dream villa
We had the pleasure of spending our holiday in the beautiful Villa Nectar. Simply everything in this house is perfect, there is nothing that is not there and you immediately feel at home. The house is spacious, bright and modern, very clean and well-maintained and furnished with great attention to detail.
The location is also perfect. Many beautiful beaches and also the shopping facilities are very easy to reach

Great holiday home for a dream holiday
What more could you want! The lovingly furnished, modern holiday home is in a prime location in the town of Venice. Due to the location in the residential area, you feel like a "local" and can immerse yourself in the life of the Americans. The location is also perfect for wonderful beach visits, shopping , excursions , restaurant visits etc. Contact person on site = perfect.
We can recommend the house without reservation and have been there several times ourselves.

Dreamlike holiday in dreamlike, clean and lovingly furnished villa
There is nothing in Villa Nectar that is not there. There really is everything you need for a wonderful holiday. From beach and pool items, bicycles from very small to large, everything for babies and toddlers and a fully equipped kitchen in which nothing is missing. The house is furnished with love and taste
and you can only feel comfortable there. It is like coming home. We would stay at Villa Nectar again at any time and can recommend this accommodation without reservation.

Super Unterkunft in angenehmer Lage
Das Ferienhaus ist genau wie auf den Bildern mit Topausstattung, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber.
Die Vermieter haben alles sehr gut organisiert und einen guten Service vor Ort eingerichtet. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Umgebung mit netten Nachbarn, was es uns möglich gemacht hat, uns optimal zu erholen. Der Privatstrand ist schön und über eine includierte Fähre erreichbar. Unser Lieblingsstrand war der Siesta Key, welcher mit dem Auto in ca. 20 min zu erreichen ist. Auch sind genügend Supermärkte und schöne Restaurants in der Nähe und können problemlos erreicht werden. Für Eltern mit kleinen Kindern ist auch die notwendige Ausstattung vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden zu jederzeit gerne wiederkommen.

Ein Traumhafter Urlaub mit excellenter Unterkunft
Hier stimmt einfach alles. Vom ersten Kontak mit dem Vermieter bis zur Schlüsselrückgabe ist alles super gelaufen. Sehr symphathische Vermieter. Tolle Lokation mit Privatstrand für das Wohngebiet. Super Villa mit überdurchschnittlicher Ausstattung. Es fehlt einfach an nichts. Allen Nachmietern viel Spaß.

Erholung in einer Oase
Wir haben schon viele Häuser in Florida gemietet und hatten auch diesmal wieder das richtige Gespür. (Wir suchten einen Ort, der etwas abseits von den Touristenströmen liegt.) Villa Nectar ist ein modernes, geräumiges und komfortables Haus mit großem Wohlfühlfaktor. Die Eigentümer haben bei der Ausstattung des Hauses wirklich an alles gedacht (sehr gute Küchenausstattung, extra Pool- und Strandhandtücher, nette Deko, Kinderspiele etc.). Der Pool ist in einwandfreiem Zustand und auf den Liegen kann man sich gut entspannen. Den großen, neuwertigen Grill haben wir nicht genutzt. In der Garage befinden sich fünf gute Fahrräder und allerlei Dinge, die man am Strand nutzen kann (sogar Buddelzeug für die Kleinen). Die automatische Garagentür schließt sehr leise. Das Wlan funktioniert sehr gut, und im Wohnzimmer befindet sich ein großer moderner Fernseher (HBO). Die Betten ermöglichten einen erholsamen Schlaf. Als Mieter durften wir den Privatstrand der Gemeinde "South Venice Beach" nutzen. Ein Pontoonboot fährt alle 30 Minuten zum Strand und wieder zurück. Toll! Die Villa liegt in einem sehr ruhigen Wohngebiet. Hervorzuheben ist auch der nette Kontakt mit den Vermietern und die unkomplizierte und zuverlässige Abwicklung des Mietvorgangs.

Wir haben unser Aufenthalt in der Villa Nectar sehr genossen und uns sehr gut erholt. Die Villa eignet sich für Familien mit Kindern aber auch für Senioren, da alle Räumlichkeiten ebenerdig sind.Die Villa wurde vor unserem
Urlaub komplett renoviert und neu eingerichtet. Sehr gelungen und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Haus hat alles was man für einen perfekten Urlaub benötigt (sogar einen Smoothie, shake Mixer). Die Wohngegend ist sehr ruhig aber die Supermärkte, Restaurant, Venice Zentrum, Highway ... sind schnell erreichbar. Venice liegt sehr zentral, wir konnten viele Tagesausflüge in den Everglades, nach Orlando, Daytonia, Kennedy Space Center, Sanibel Island, St Petersburg .... stressfrei unternehmen. Der Privatstrand nur für die Bewohner des Wohngebiets ist fantastisch und für uns der schönste Strand Floridas ! Die Villa ist sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen auf jedem Fall wieder!
