The maisonette flat "Strandperle" is located in a holiday home built in 2007, on the quiet south side on the upper floor - directly on the beach forecourt of Trassenheide.
The non-smoking flat, where pets are not allowed, has a living space of approx. 58 m². The furnished south-west-facing balcony ensures beautiful holiday enjoyment.
In the living room with open kitchen you will find a flat screen TV (80 cm screen diagonal), a stereo system and a DVD player. The kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, ceramic hob with oven, coffee machine, toaster and kettle.
In the bedroom there is a double bed. In addition, there is a gallery bedroom with a sofa bed, a single bed and a sleeping chair. The stairs to the gallery bedroom are secured with a child safety gate
The shower room, WC and washing machine complete the holiday flat, which is equipped with comfortable underfloor heating.
The flat has a parking space and a storage room.
The beautiful Baltic Sea beach is only about a 1-minute walk away.
The deposit of 50 euros and the seasonal visitor's tax are payable in cash on arrival.
The linen package (bed linen & towels) can be booked or brought along.
