The Holiday home

There is an exterior area with the swimming pool and gardens. The house of 900m2 is distributed over 3 floors. It has 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and 2 toilets. Four of the bedrooms have a double bed and two have two single beds, two of them are on the ground floor, three on the upper floor and one on the floor -1, at the same level as the pool and the garden. All the rooms are spacious and furnished with a lot of charm and, in all of them, there is a space to place a crib. We can provide one cot and a highchair free of charge, upon request.

The kitchen, dining room and the living room have air conditioning and central heating, which offer a pleasant climate throughout the accommodation and makes it livable all year round. In addition, on the lower floor, at the foot of the garden and the wonderful pool you will find a large room with kitchen and a table for 14 people, one bedroom with en suite bathroom. All the bedrooms, on the upper floor and the lower floor, count with en suite bathroom, a living space with desk and sofa, and an extra television.

The house has a very comfortable lounge equipped with sofas and armchairs that invite you to relax watching satellite TV, read a book or connect to the Wi-Fi network. The whole house has excellent and high quality furniture, both the living room and the large dining room of the pool level, enter into a sensational environment and invites us to enjoy a pleasant moments with family or friends.

The kitchen wit an induction cooker is very well equipped, has all the necessary utensils to prepare rich dishes. You will also find a full equipped laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board.
To complement this space, in exterior you will find sun loungers, parasols and a ping-pong table.

There is a terrace and a porch equipped with tables and chairs in case you want to spend long outdoor summer evenings. A barbecue is available for you.

The garden is spacious and very well kept with lawn, trees, shrubs and flowers. It has a breathtaking view over the surrounding countryside of vineyards and olive groves and its proximity to the capital city of Manacor of the Majorcan Levant is the perfect combination of relaxation and leisure. The opportunity to do outdoor activities or the good communication by road make it more attractive and we recommend you to visit the coves and nearby beaches like Cala Romantica or Cala Domingos (all not more than 20 km away).

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.


Guests will receive an email 7 days prior to arrival with mandatory general deposit payment information. The deposit is payable by credit card via a secure link within 24 hours after receiving the email. Arrival: from 4.00 pm. Departure: before 10.00 am. For arrivals after midnight (12.00 a.m.) a fee of 50€ may be charged, which the client has to pay in cash at the moment of check-in.
