Here you will find a holiday flat in a very attractive location and with an interesting layout. The flat extends over two floors. On the ground floor there is the open kitchen, the guest toilet and the living room with direct access to the terrace and the small garden. The living room is equipped with a comfortable couch set, TV, radio and a high-quality wall-mounted double bed, which gives the impression of a wardrobe when folded up during the day. The bedroom and the bathroom with bathtub are located on the upper floor.

The Forum Marinar is located directly on the beach promenade. It is only a few metres to the beach. Centrally located between the two imperial resorts of Heringsdorf and Bansin, you only need a 10-15 minute walk to the Bansin and Heringsdorf piers.
