Holiday house in excellent location, just 50m to the beach. Light and airy living room with well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, 4 ring stove, grill and extensive cooking utensils. A gorgeous leafy terrace to a landscaped courtyard promises pure relaxation. If in exceptional times rain, the winter garden completely open offers protection.
Upstairs are the 2 bedrooms with 5 beds. In the bedroom 1: double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, bedroom 2: with a bunk bed with child safety below 140x200, 090x200 above. The bathroom with fixed shower enclosure, toilet, sink.
The house is located in the quiet interior of the residence. Tenants is a community pool available for use. The house has a reserved parking in the secured residence.

The location of Laurier Rose is ideal. Only about 50 meters to the beach. The shops and restaurants within walking distance. Also a range of sports and leisure facilities just steps away. The residence is located in the district of Mateille Gruissan. For old district with the typical southern French charm you go just a few minutes. There you will find all year 3 times a week instead of a market in which you can provide, inter alia, with fresh fish, oysters and mussels.
Near the house there is also a surfing school with equipment rental. Likewise, bicycles can be rented.
A water park with spa facilities near promises year-round swimming.

Nettes kleines Haus
Das Haus liegt in einer gepflegten Anlage mit sauberem Swimmingpool. Die Küche ist großzügig ausgestattet. Die Treppe ist sehr steil. Eines der beiden Schlafzimmer hat nur ein Dachfenster, so dass es sich bei heißem Wetter schon recht stark aufheizt. Wir sind sehr nett empfangen worden und der Service war optimal. Gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.
