Description
The house is one of the older houses on Dresden's Elbe slope and was originally built in 1848 as a winegrower's house. In the meantime, it served as a summer studio for the famous Dresden painter Ludwig Richter. (The studio itself still exists today). Until 1945 it served as a summer house for well-heeled Loschwitz residents. Afterwards it was used as a studio and exhibition house for the Dresden artist Metz-Kolbe. After the fall of the Berlin Wall, it was converted into a residential building.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday flat is located on the Loschwitz slope of the Elbe in the neighbourhood of the mountain station of the famous Dresden suspension railway. The house is in a very quiet location in beautiful surroundings (old villas, park and forest within walking distance). The public transport runs in the immediate vicinity and takes you quickly (10 min) to Körnerplatz or via the famous 'Blaue Wunder' to Schillerplatz in Dresden Blasewitz. The Elbe slope paths and the suspension railway also make it easy to reach on foot. There you will find plenty of shopping facilities (supermarket, boutiques, shopping arcade, organic market, gourmet shops), restaurants (Schillergarten) and a CinemaXX cinema. From Schillerplatz you have quick and central connections to the centre of Dresden. (Old Town, Neustadt, railway stations, airport). The Elbe slope is easily accessible by car even in winter when there is snow, as it is cleared quickly. (PUBLIC TRANSPORT). Bicycle trips to Dresden's hinterland or along the Elbe cycle path are ideal.

2 Erwachsene mit 1 Kind
Gute Lage , Bushaltestellen in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Zweckmässig eingerichtet, Küche eigentlich alles da, was man braucht, aber leicht schmuddelig(vor allem die Wände,Lampen, Regale, Bilderrahmen). Kein Stauraum für mitgebrachte Lebensmittel.
Badezimmer hat eine verschimmelte Duschkabine.
Insgesamt ist die Wohnung recht dunkel, da die kleinen Fenster mit Efeu zugewachsen sind.
Betten durchgelegen.
Das 2.Schlafzimmer ist leicht moderig.
Abends und Vormittags laut durch "Getrampel", da die Vermieter mit noch relativ kleinen Kindern im 1.OG wohnen.

Tolle Ferienwohnung, ideal für Familien
Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Lage in Oberloschwitz ist natürlich perfekt.
Man kann schön draußen sitzen. Im Sommer ist man durch den alten Baumbestand, im und um das Grundstück, gut geschützt.
Durch den naturbelassenen Garten sieht das Ganze so richtig verwunschen aus und unsere Kinder haben sich dort so richtig wohl gefühlt.
Die Vermieter sind echt nett und total unkompliziert.
Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung und nette Vermieter
Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Den naturbelassenen Garten fanden wir in seiner romantischen Art sehr schön. Die Vermieterfamlie sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Auf jedem Fall kommen wir nächstes Jahr mit unseren 2 Plaudertaschen wieder.
