Description
The house is one of the oldest houses in Dresden Loschwitz and was built in 1808. The holiday flat is centrally located and offers a high level of comfort. The large terrace and garden invite you to linger and relax
Family-friendly - but right!: The holiday flat offers spacious accommodation for 2 to 5 (6) people. Two separate bedrooms, separate bathroom, storage areas and a spacious living/dining room create ideal basic conditions for a relaxing time. All surfaces are easily wipeable, all textile furniture (sofa etc) have washable covers. Electronics or dangerous things are out of reach of the smallest children. If required, we are happy to provide a children's library, Duplo brick collection or Disney films
There is a second holiday flat in the house, so that up to 12 people can stay overnight if booked at the same time.

The Schillerplatz (5 min), Dresden city centre (15-20 min) or the surrounding area can be reached quickly and easily by public transport, car or bicycle. Walks over the Elbe slope and along the Elbe provide good relaxation.

Ferienwohnung mit Terrasse
Im großen und ganzen hat alles gepasst. Die Ausstattung der Küche lässt allerdings sehr zu wünschen. Möbel defekt, spärliche Ausstattung mit fehlenden Küchenzubehör. 1 Badetuch pro Person ist etwas mager, nur 1 Geschirrtuch ebenso.
Hätten uns schon gewünscht das der Vermieter sich zumindest zum abrechnen persönlich Zeit nimmt und nicht einfach das Geld auf den Tisch gelegt wird.
Die Lage ist aber absolut Klasse und wenn das ganze mal fertig durchrenoviert ist bestimmt schön.

Geräumige Fewo, gut ausgestattet, nah zur Elbe und zum Ortskern Loschwitz. Leider noch nicht komplett renoviert.
