Description
The FW 1 is on the ground floor of the house Leda and has an area of 60 square meters. It consists of a living area with dining area and open kitchen (about 28 square meters) and exit to the partly shaded balcony with sea view), 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom (shower, toilet, bidet, washing machine) and a guest WC (washbasin). The terrace (about 30 square meters) runs a U-shape around the whole apartment. The bedroom with double bed (small, 140 cm) also has access to the terrace. In the 2nd bedroom are 2 single beds.
The terrace is furnished (2 tables - dining table & coffee table, 8 chairs, parasol) and partially shaded (shade tree).
The detached house has a green garden of about 650 square meters, which is adjacent to one side of a small forest. So there are old trees that make a pleasant shade in the garden. In this shadow is the furnished pleasant barbecue Outdoor & Patio shower.
The house has a private parking for 5 cars, which is located above the house. Bicycles can be parked safely in the garage.
The port and the Orstzentrum, which can be reached in 2 minutes, leading a private walkway.

Location and surroundings of object
The house Leda is located in a central location, one of the best in Rabac ever.
The house is in the town center and is only a few steps from everything you need, away: shops, bank, post office, doctor, pharmacy, ATMs, restaurants, bars, cafes, ice cream shops, travel agencies, etc.
The port, which lies below the house, a footpath leads. The port is the starting point for all boat and boat trips. Boat rentals and the like is also available in the port.
The sea is less than 100 m, and the nearest beach also. The beautiful beaches of Rabac are located left and right from the port and within walking distance in about 10 minutes from the house, where about 1 times can also find various events held weekly (the nightly organic market, a concert, a gourmet evening, etc.)
The medieval town of Labin is located 5 km from Rabac and by car (there is enough parking!) Or accessing the local bus. (With a bus stop is about 250 meters from the house.
There is also a nice trail from Rabac to Labin. The old town of Labin is an artist town with many galleries, the Folk Museum and magnificent palaces of Venice-time. There is also in the old town very good restaurants and cafes. The view of the old town on the Bay of Rabac and the Kvarner islands of Cres and Lošinj is stunning.
In Labin there are 3 large supermarkets (including Lidl) and a nice market with local products, butcher shops and fish market, which is open daily until

Rabac is a very good starting point for excursions to all of Istria because it is about 1 hour drive from the west coast of Istria (Porec, Rovinj, Umag), or half an hour from Pula, but also of Opatija, the mountain Učka and Rijeka , The Kvarner islands Cres and Lošinj can be reached also from Rabac by ship.

Great accommodation
The house is perfectly situated to reach everything on foot and has a wonderful view of the sea! The large terrace offers a great opportunity to eat outside and enjoy the great panorama. The landlady Sanja is very kind and helpful! I can recommend this accommodation wholeheartedly!

A successful holiday
We liked the holiday home very much. Nothing was missing and everything was very clean and well maintained. The highlight was the spacious balcony with sea view and the central location. The landlords were very friendly and helpful. We would come back anytime!

I am the owner of the house Leda. The house my parents built in 1967, after which it was renovated several times., The last time in 2008 when it was also increased. I am 63, retired, and live with my husband away in the countryside 10 km away from Rabac. We have 2 adult sons. We would be on our sailboat and travel elsewhere gladly and much. By profession I was German and English teacher at a Gymansium and interpreter and ferrying provider for both languages. I translated still.
