Description
This detached family home was built in 1967 and subsequently renovated several times, the last time of 2008.
On this occasion, se was also increased so that it is now a two-storey house. The ground floor apartments (60 square meters) - FW 1) and the 1st floor (92 square meters) are rented; the 2nd floor apartment is occasionally used by the owner.
The house has a green garden of about 650 square meters, adjacent to a small forest to the east. On this side of the garden throw old trees a glorious shade. There is also the furnished grill terrace, which is used after consultation with the other tenants.
Above the house there is a private parking for 5 cars.
Bicycles can be parked in the garage.
The apartment is very spacious and comfortable, with parquet floors in the rooms and tiles in the bathroom and kitchen. At 92 square meters, the living area with open kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom (shower, wc, bidet, washing machine) and a guest toilet (sink). The balcony (16 square meters) is furnished and has stunning sea views.
The living area with dining area and open kitchen is something 40 square meters and has an exit to the furnished balcony with sea views.
The kitchen is fully equipped (also with oven and freezer).

Location and surroundings of object
The house is in the town center and is only a few steps from everything you need, away: shops, bank, post office, doctor, pharmacy, ATMs, restaurants, bars, cafes, ice cream shops, travel agencies, etc.
The port, which lies below the house, a footpath leads. The port is the starting point for all boat and boat trips. Boat rentals and the like is also available in the port.
The sea is less than 100 m, and the nearest beach also. The beautiful beaches of Rabac are located left and right from the port and within walking distance in about 10 minutes from the house, where about 1 times can also find various events held weekly (the nightly organic market, a concert, a gourmet evening, etc.)
The medieval town of Labin is located 5 km from Rabac and by car (there is enough parking!) Or accessing the local bus. (With a bus stop is about 250 meters from the house. There is also a nice trail from Rabac to Labin. The old town of Labin is an artist town with many galleries, the Folk Museum and magnificent palaces of Venice-time. There is also in the old town very good restaurants and cafes. the view of the old town on the bay of Rabac and the Kvarner islands of Cres and Lošinj is stunning.
To Pula with the famous Roman amphitheater is 45 km, about 40 minutes drive. Rabac is a good Ausgagnsort for all trips because you can reach the western coast of Istria (Porec, Rovinj, Umag) about 1 hour drive, but also to Rijeka, Opatija or the mountain Učka are no longer than 1 hour.
In Labin there are 3 large supermarkets (including Lidl) and a nice market with local products, butcher shops and fish market, which is open daily until

Gorgeous view
Large apartment with a magnificent view of the sea and the harbor. Everything you need for a vacation is there. 3 bedrooms, bathroom, and an extra toilet. There is even a dishwasher.
However, the nightly car races (road directly above the house, 30 km/h zone) were very disturbing, but the landlord is not to blame for that. The house is very noisy, which can disturb your sleep. The nightly entertainment on the harbor promenade is also very loud (depending on the weather).
Parking directly at the house. Great balcony (not usable during midday, as it gets grilled by the sun) where we sat outside every evening.
Not suitable for people with mobility limitations, as there are many stairs in all directions.
We were there for the second time and will gladly come back.

It was a very nice holiday. Our accommodation was top, it was centrally located. Highly recommended!!! We would love to come back again and again! You are happy to put up with the 1300km, as you are rewarded 1300 times with this beautiful "spot on earth"

I am 63, retired, and live with my husband away in the countryside 10 km away from Rabac. We have 2 adult sons. We would be on our sailboat and travel elsewhere gladly and much.
