Description
Villa "Domagoj" is about 110m² in size and suitable for 4 people. It consists of a ground floor and an upper floor.
The ground floor are two living halves; one located in front of a fireplace and the other is suitable as a TV - corner. Present is also a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, electric hob, electric oven, microwave), a bathroom with shower (washing machine), air conditioning, TV, satellite dish, DVD.
The upper floor has two double bedrooms and a bathroom with bathtub.
Before the house you have a covered patio, a barbecue area and a swimming pool with outdoor shower. The swimming pool is however used together with the guests of House "Miriam". A parking space is available.
Internet connection, safe, hairdryer.
Cots and gym are available on request.

Location and surroundings of object
Our five cottages "DOMMIVAA" are located in a small and peaceful village Burici, located next to the historic town of Kanfanar. Burici is in the interior of Istria yet only a stone's throw from the coast (only 17km from Rovinj). Thus Burici is the ideal starting point to all other historical towns such as Rovinj, Porec, Pula, Motovun or Sveti Vincenat ...
Be it that you wish to have a leisurely beach vacation, or that you want to explore the historic area of "Croatian Tuscany", its beauty, its wine roads and gourmet cuisine, then you are exactly right with us; Burici offers all that. Our beautiful villas are in one of Istria, typical style built (stone), and offer all the necessary comfort. They are elegantly furnished, air-conditioned and provided with fireplaces, which create a pleasant and romantic atmosphere during the winter.
In Kanfanar (neighboring village) you have a cash machine, a post office, a pharmacy, a Artz, a café and a small "corner shop". In Burici itself there is a supermarket and a train station.

| Local tax per person / day: = 5,5kn = 7kn = 5,5kn = 4,5kn Young people between 12-18 years pay 50% tax. Children up to 12 years do not pay tax. The use of air conditioning (only in the EC) and the internet are included in rent. On the day of arrival on site for a deposit of € 200 to be paid in cash, which will be returned on day of departure after an inventory of the villa again. For stays of 4 nights and the rental price increases by 40%. (Only in the off-season possible after consultation with the owner). In particular cases additional persons are allowed at an additional cost of 20 € / day Cots: 7EUR / day. |

Among the townhouses DOMMIVAA / Burici:
Take the direction Pula and than the exit Rovinj / Kanfanar. At end of the road, turn right toward Kanfanar and drive a few hundred meters down the road, up to a railroad track crossing. After this B.übergang turn right direction Burici and continue straight ahead until you come to the village Burici itself, the location of the chalets.
