Description
The apartment on the ground floor of the house (flat access, no stairs) accommodates a maximum of 4 persons. The bedroom with a double bed with single mattress is separated by a curtain from the living room. The living area is equipped with a pull out couch, armchairs and satellite TV. The kitchen has a gas stove, coffee maker and everything you need for cooking and eating.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower.
On the terrace you can at long evening sun enjoying a stunning view of Lake Maggiore and the mountains of the western shore. Garden furniture, umbrella and chairs are available.

Location and surroundings of object
The apartment is located in a quiet location in San Pietro about 1km above Porto Valtravaglia. In Porto Valtravaglia, that is a 2-minute drive or 10 minutigen walk, you will find restaurants, ice cream parlor, bars, fruit store, bakery and a large supermarket. Monday there will be a weekly market. Furthermore you will find a public beach with a nice playground. Boat trips, such as to the Borromean Islands or to Locarno you can start directly in Porto Valtravaglia.
A planned shopping trip to Milan you can also easily start in Porto Valtravaglia by train

Outstanding!
Perfect location, large balcony with a fantastic view of the lake.
The apartment is small but cozy, it is very tastefully furnished, has everything you need, we lacked nothing.
It was quiet and relaxing.
The landlords are very friendly and helpful.
I can highly recommend the apartment in every respect.

Living like in paradise
When you arrive at the house, your vacation begins with a dream view from the terrace over Lake Maggiore. The vacation apartment is spacious, practical, and very clean. Large bathroom. The location is ideal for day trips, as well as for spending a day on the terrace enjoying the sun and tranquility. We can only recommend this apartment.
