CASA ODYSSEY is a modern detached house with swimming pool, in Šegotići, in the municipality of Marčana. Situated in a quiet and peaceful location and is the ideal choice for a complete break from the noise and bustle.
Casa Delphia is intended for 4 persons, situated on a plot of 315 m2 and has 72 m2 of living space consisting of kitchen, dining room and living room connected in one room, two bedrooms and a bathroom and a separate room with washing machine. The house is fully air conditioned. From the living room out to the terrace where you can enjoy your morning coffee, on the grill to prepare a delicious lunch and evening with a lighted pool have a cocktail. You can expect a comfortable deck chairs, table and chairs and a solar shower by the pool. Want to spice up your delicious meals, use herbs from the small Mediterranean garden.
Green area surrounding Casa Delphi, a small playground for children on the lawn, and the vicinity of beautiful sandy and pebble beaches, makes it the right choice for families with children. Long Bay offers many hidden and wild, rocky beach for undisturbed sunbathing and swimming, as well as several well-kept beaches with restaurants and sports facilities.
In front of the house there is parking for cars, bicycles or scooters.
Casa Delphia is a convenient location for many excursions through Istria. Rovinj, Umag and Porec takes only 30- 40 minutes. Beautiful nature park RT Kamenjak- Premantura is 34 km, and near the National Park Brijuni with indigenous plants, protected animals and a total of 14 islands and islets. Kids will love the large water amusement park - Waterpark Istralandia, which is only 76 km.

The kitchen is fully equipped with table and chairs, electric cooker with 4 plates with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, hand blender, electric. Chopper for vegetables, set of dishes with cutlery and other utensils for preparing meals, tea towels.
Living room, which is spacious and comfortable room with a sofa, a flat-screen TV and large format with a satellite dish.
BATHROOM contains large sink with two large drawers for storing toiletries, toilet and walk in shower, hair dryer.

Beautiful holiday
We enjoyed a wonderful, relaxing holiday, away from the noise and hustle and bustle! There is nothing missing in this house, the equipment has exceeded our expectations. A super kitchen and everything else is available and in tip-top order.
The landlords are very, very nice and accommodating people who gave us a very warm welcome.
The house is well situated for trips to the small towns of Porec, Pula, Rovinj, Novigrad or Labin. We often went to Fazana for a swim or a stroll in the evening.
