The Holiday home

The plot has approx 750qm and is fenced. The villa is located, charming in
built Provencal style, on a quiet street without any through traffic,
Set in landscaped park-like residential area.
Equipment:
It is detached, two-storey, has living space, consisting of three
Double rooms with large double beds (all x ), two bathrooms,
a spacious lounge with fireplace, Provençal-sexy furnished complete kitchen,
because we are even home cooks, wine cellar and an approximately 120sqm large terrace around the
Swimming pool in the back garden. The pool has a course
proper child safety. You'll also find the brick, large
Garden grill under a pergola. The house has telephone, wireless, satellite TV All rooms
as well sea view as the garden and terrace.

An occupancy of up to
4 people we find ideal, to 6 are possible. Pets please only with our express permission.

For the cold season central heating is available. You can register here
completely casually move, since neither the House nor the terrace from the street
can be viewed. Equipment and decoration are far above the usual
Average, because we want to be sure that the after the first tour of
House should be convinced that you really can make a dream vacation here!

Bonjour!
Long ago we planned to spend the second half of our lives by the sea in the south of France and have our house constructed and equipped that it should not look like "property".
We soon realized, however, that we missed the contact with our "children" and grandchildren. So we commute today back and forth several times a year between Cavalaire and Mönchengladbach. The old adage still applies:
"Happiness is always on the other side!"
Why should we not let others also to our "lucky" to participate?
