Here you can relax with friends or family from the stress of everyday life!
With a living area of approx. 200 m², the holiday home offers enough space for recreation together. The largest area is the living room with kitchen and dining area (approx. 75 m²). The spacious kitchen is integrated into the living room and offers space for many cooks. A wood-burning stove provides pleasant warmth in the cool season.
The two bathrooms and the large living area have direct floor heating. The 5 bedrooms (2 double beds, 3 x 2 single beds and a bunk bed) are carpeted. The heating is provided by electric wall radiators.
The pool has a size of 21 m² and has a counter-current system as well as a whirlpool. The temperature of the water is at least 26 °C. The room temperature of the pool room is approx. 30°C.
The spacious outdoor area has a covered terrace with plenty of seating. The brick barbecue provides for a cosy barbecue evening outdoors. If the nights are clear but a little cooler, you can make yourself comfortable with your loved ones at the fire bowl.
With a swing and a sandbox, the outdoor area also offers our younger guests some action.
2 car parking spaces are available directly next to the house. Additional cars can be parked on the opposite side of the road.
Your pet (max. 2, more please only on request) is welcome on the fenced property. It should be a matter of course that no animal enters the pool room or the bathrooms. Please indicate the type of pet and the number of pets travelling with you when booking. We charge a flat rate of € 20.00 per pet.
There are no thresholds in the house. The spacious room layout makes it possible to accommodate guests with small wheelchairs. Larger wheelchairs will not fit through the doors. The house is not handicapped accessible
In order to keep transport costs as low as possible, we offer bed linen for a fee of € 8.00 per set. Towels and tea towels are not available.
We are happy to provide wood for the wood-burning stove or fire bowl for a fee of € 20.00 per week.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday home is located on the edge of the village. The Müritz can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes through the forest behind the house.
If you are looking for relaxation and peace, then this is the right place for you. Forests invite you to go for walks, extensive cycling tours through nature are possible. The monkey forest with the summer toboggan run in Malchow, the Müritzeum and the climbing forest in Waren, a boat trip on the Müritz as well as numerous rentals of paddle boats and bicycles provide variety. On any excursion, numerous bathing spots invite you to cool off. If the weather is bad, you can enjoy swimming fun at the MüritzTherme in Röbel.
Shopping facilities are located in Röbel, approx. 10 km away, and in Waren/Müritz and Malchow, approx. 32 km away.

| The rental price is for the whole property. In the high and middle season only full weeks from fr. to fr. are rented In the low season, optional arrival and a rental of 5 nights or more is possible. For 5 nights you get a 10% discount on the weekly price. Attention!!! The price calculator sometimes has different details. For 4 nights - please make a separate arrangement. The consumption of electricity and water is not included. These costs will be charged with the deposit. A maximum of two pets are allowed. The deposit is not included in the rental price. |

Nice holiday home in a great location
We spent a two-week holiday as a family. We really enjoyed the amenities of the surroundings and the accommodation. We especially liked the indoor pool.

Never again!!!
Take into account extremely high consumption costs that can match the rental price. It is logical that consumption costs are higher than in a house without all facilities, but upon arrival, we were directly confronted with a deposit of 400 euros that, according to the owner, would be used for consumption costs for 2 weeks/2 people (apparently based on an average). Expect to have to pay a lot more. Water costs 7.50 per m3, electricity 0.35 per kWh. You do not have access to water consumption (only electricity). The house is in need of significant maintenance, many things do not work (some spotlights, airjets in the whirlpool, outdoor lighting) or are really in need of replacement (coffee maker).
There is no WiFi. Not really up to date anymore. Especially not in such a luxurious cottage.
The house rules (a huge chunk of text) are only written in German. It turns out that if you do not clean the oven properly, you have to pay 25 euros for cleaning costs, but cleaning supplies are not available, neither is a vacuum cleaner. Furthermore, the house was not clean, black mold in the shower, dirty sink, despite the 150 euros of cleaning costs.
The bedding is too small, fitted sheets have no elastic and are missing 5 cm at the top and bottom. They are like slightly undersized tablecloths. We have sat on covered couches for two weeks because the furniture is unsuitable for dogs and the owner does not want dog hair on the furniture. Despite there being 10 sleeping places, the house is definitely not suitable for 10 people...
There is little to do, the city is very far away, and you are very isolated in a small village. That is nice and quiet. Behind the cottage is a forest, where there is a lot of wildlife (also hunted) and you can walk without encountering anyone. There is a lot of litter in the forest.
