On entering the house, you will find a spacious living and dining area on the ground floor with a modern fireplace, an exclusive open kitchen with wine fridge and all technical equipment. There is also a guest toilet and a wardrobe
On the upper floor there is the master bedroom with en suite bathroom, two further double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and bathtub. All bedrooms have high-quality carpentry fittings and a flatscreen in each
A fitness room with various equipment and flat screen is available on the upper floor. Another shower room with WC is also adjacent.
A parking space is available free of charge at the house.

The house is located directly in the Süderhörn on the edge of the Süderhörntälchen nature reserve. Lister Oststrand is only a few minutes' walk away. The west beach and the elbow are easily accessible by car or beach bus
An Edeka market, bakery and various shopping facilities as well as the Lister harbour with its colourful hustle and bustle are within easy walking distance.
