Description
The villa (170 sqm) with pool was built in 2017 and is located approx. 1000 m from the white dream beach of the Indian Ocean at 'Diani Beach' and approx. 40 km from the animal paradise "Shimba Hills". It is a closed, exclusive private resort. The property is fantastically tropically overgrown and surrounded by colourful bougainvilleas. Bananas, papayas, coconuts etc. grow directly in the garden with its singing birds. Everything is wonderfully furnished in an artistic African style, paired with European luxury. In the basement there is a large living terrace overlooking the garden and pool.
The villa has two bedrooms each with en-suite bathrooms. The bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans and mosquito nets. Upstairs there is a spacious living area (65 sqm) overlooking the terrace and pool. There is an additional sofa bed, so that the villa can accommodate a maximum of 6 people.
If you wish, the cook will go with you to the fresh market or supermarket to buy the necessary food. The cook is at your disposal during your stay and will prepare the tastiest dishes for you. He is very well trained. Whether you want African or European food, no problem. The cost of living in Kenya is very reasonable. By arrangement, you can also order special requests for the coming day. In Kenya you will eat healthy and natural food (organic food). You will be surprised how good unsprayed fruits and vegetables will taste. All food is fresh and without chemicals.
Our house staff - a cook, gardener and house keeping are at your disposal daily from 8:00 to 16:30. Our staff speaks English and Swahili. The 1200 m² property is guarded at night by our Masai.

Location and surroundings of object
The villa is located on Diani Beach Road towards Galu Beach. On the way you will pass The Sands Nomads Hotel, Papillon Lagoon Reef, Baobab Beach Resort & Spa all on your left. Just past Eleven Pearl on the left, you will come to a sign for Amani Luxury Apartments or Diani Backpackers on the right. Turn right here and you will pass Amani Luxury Apartments / Backpackers and take the second entrance on the left. After 50m you will see a large sign saying ASILI YETU. Drive towards this area and you will recognise the entrance by the red colour.

Family friendly
We visited Mombasa and stayed in this cosy home of Sabine and James. We loved the services we got from very friendly and kind-hearted workers. They always gave their best and made us feel at home "far from home" :-) The rooms are so spacious and clean. Our children ( one of them being picky eater) loved the food that was freshly cooked.
A safe place to be, not far from the shopping centre, and close to the beach. The list is endless. We definitely would like to visit Maisha-Bora next time we're in Kenya. Kudos!

Simply dreamlike
Together with a group of 6 people we were in the house in 2018 and it was just brilliant
The journey:
Sabine and James will help you coordinate transport to the house beforehand, so you only have to get in the car and don't have to stress about planning. In addition, they will make sure that you are welcomed with food and drinks on arrival
The house:
The house and grounds were in super condition as it was clean as well as intact. The rooms offer more than enough space and are also comfortably equipped with their own bathroom and wardrobes. Furthermore, the house is very close to the beach and you can reach it on foot within 10 minutes. We also felt very safe due to the presence of the fence and the round-the-clock security guards. Basically, everywhere you go you feel very safe and welcome and everyone is friendly. Lastly, you definitely have to mention the staff, who do a phenomenal job. They are friendly and competent and are always available for questions. Thanks to them, the house is always clean, the garden is always a feast for the eyes and the food is simply heavenly
Our stay
Thanks to the location, you are able to discover many facets of Africa. We went on safari, jet skiing and to the local bars. In the house you will also find a folder with providers of various attractions and contacts should you run out of things to do. For all of us, it was a chance to just switch off and relax.
We can only recommend it and will definitely come back!

You have to experience it for yourself!
Simply a dream!
We were thrilled from the very first second. The staff read your every wish from your lips. The food from the chef was very varied and above all fabulous. The house was furnished with a lot of attention to detail. We felt right at home!
