Holiday flat "Studio Alte Liebe - 103", a studio flat with charm. Enjoy a lovingly furnished, maritime holiday flat on 35 m² on the 1st floor of the ALTE LIEBE house, centrally located, only a few minutes' walk from the wooden pier and the maritime hustle and bustle.
From the raised loggia you can watch the "boats" sailing towards Hamburg or out to sea. The maritime hustle and bustle does not allow for "boredom" either. There is always something interesting to see.
Not far away is the "Alte Liebe" with the pier for the Halunderjet, which takes you to Helgoland, as well as the ferry that sails to Sylt in the summer months. You can also start harbour tours from here.
Enjoy a short break in the ice cream parlour or restaurant, which are only a few minutes' walk away.
A large living/bedroom has a double wardrobe bed, a comfortable seating area and a small dining area. The cosy double bed folds in and out in seconds. Even the sofa can be used as a sofa bed. A flat-screen TV and radio will help you pass the time. W-Lan can be used free of charge.
Adjacent to the living room is the kitchen with 4 ceramic hobs, an oven, coffee machine, kettle and microwave. A refrigerator with ice compartment is also available.
In the evening, let yourself be enchanted by the wonderful sunsets on the loggia, enjoy a sundowner and dream of the wide world.
We offer free Wi-Fi. This is a voluntary additional service, i.e. not a guaranteed feature of the holiday flat in the sense of travel law. A reduction in rent is therefore excluded.
There is a private parking space for your car and you can also store any bicycles you bring with you in the underground garage.

Location and surroundings of object
You can walk to the "Alte Liebe" viewing platform with ship announcement service or to the seaside resort bridge at the sailor's harbour in 5 minutes. You can reach the green beach of Grimmershörnbucht in about 12 minutes - by bike in 3 minutes. In a good 45 minutes you can walk along the dyke and green beach to the Kugelbake. For the way back, you can also take bus line 106 from the "Kugelbake" stop. This line connects the "Alte Liebe" with the sandy beaches in Duhnen and Döse with trips every hour.

Gelingt dies jedoch nicht, haben Sie eine angemessene Entschädigung (Rücktrittsgebühren) gemäß nachfolgender Aufstellung zu entrichten. Bei Absage bis zu 42 Tage vor Reiseantritt: 10% des Mietpreises, mindestens aber EUR 50,00 Bei Absage ab dem 41. Tag vor Reiseantritt: 90% des Mietpreises Für jeden Rücktritt wird eine einmalige Bearbeitungsgebühr in Höhe von 50,00 EURO berechnet. Wenn die Ferienwohnung im gebuchten Zeitraum anderweitig vermietet werden kann, erhält der Mieter nach Ablauf des kompletten Buchungszeitraumes eine Gutschrift für die neu vermittelten Tage. Es wird klargestellt, dass die Bearbeitungsgebühr nicht erstattet wird. Der Vermieter empfiehlt im Interesse des Mieters den Abschluss einer Reise-Rücktritts-Versicherung. Unterlagen können im Bedarfsfall beim Vermittler angefordert werden.
