The villa consists of three residential units, grouped like terraced houses. The outer units each have 2 bedrooms, the middle one bedroom in the gallery. In the main house there is 1 bathroom on the ground floor with a bathtub and 1 bathroom on the 1st floor with a shower. The main house consist of the very well equipped kitchen with kitchenette, dining table, living room, microwave, coffeemaker, fridge / freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. SAT-TV (with the usual German channels), WLAN. Air conditioning in all rooms.

Location and surroundings of object
The living space of 140 square meters gives, of course, corresponding small rooms, which are however sufficient, because you are mostly on the terrace with large wooden table, as well as in the large (800qm) walled garden. Large swimming pool, outdoor shower, built-in barbecue with sink (grill charcoal and utensils: everything available). There are 6 wooden deck chair with cushions, pavilion, many nice accessories. Nice view of the surrounding mountains / hills and the castle. Absolutely quiet and peace. In the yard in front of the house is space for three cars. Crikvenica is only 7 km away or 10 minutes by car.
