Description
The thatched-roof holiday home is situated in a dreamlike location in the exclusive holiday home settlement "Dünenresidenz", only a stone's throw away from the sea. The beach, which is about 150 m away, offers everything you can imagine, whether it's the morning swim, the fascinating sunrises, for early risers the search for amber, the kilometre-long fine sandy beach, which is up to 80 m wide. The beach house was completed in 2016 and has exclusive and high-quality furnishings, which we have chosen with much love.

Karlshagen is located in the northern part of the island of Usedom, the second largest island in the Federal Republic of Germany.
Situated in the middle of a beautiful pine forest, the Baltic seaside resort is an ideal holiday destination for nature lovers. The area invites you to walk and cycle in all seasons. In summer, the long, wide and fine-sand beach offers enough space for everyone. In general, quiet relaxation in nature is typical for Karlshagen.
