Welcome to Wattenscheid! We are pleased that you have decided to stay in our holiday flat in the Bochum district of Wattenscheid. We offer you a bright and cosy "temporary home". The flat is located on the 1st floor in a 4-family house. The apartment is located on the first floor of a 4-family house and is within walking distance of shopping facilities, an outdoor swimming pool and a public transport stop from which you can travel directly to the shopping towns of Bochum, Wattenscheid and Gelsenkirchen and, of course, to the Schalke Arena without having to change trains.

Beautiful and very spacious apartment.
The apartment is 100% complete and well-maintained. Everything has been thought of and the kitchen equipment is very good. Bed linen, towels, even coffee and tea were provided. It was very clean. Roller shutters are available. The only minor disadvantage is the fairly busy street in front of the apartment.
We can highly recommend this apartment!

Nice, clean flat
We stayed for a week as a family of 4 and were very satisfied.
Well equipped, spacious. Even roller blinds in front of the windows (important for us).
You have to walk a little way to the tram. Doable with our children 2 and 6 years. The tram has direct connections to Bochum City and Gelsenkirchen. Playground, outdoor swimming pool, ice cream parlour and park within walking distance. Aldi is also within walking distance.
We would take it again if we ever travel to Wattenscheid again.

Recommendable holiday flat
The apartment was very clean and well equipped. Especially the kitchen is well equipped. The apartment is very spacious and offers enough room for 6 people (3 bedrooms + large living/dining room!). The tram is within 6 minutes walking distance and from there soon to the centre of Bochum or Gelsenkirchen. Uncomplicated handover of keys.
We would recommend the flat to others and book it again.

Highly recommended
The very large holiday flat is well equipped. As there are three bedrooms, it is also suitable for large families. It is only 5 km away from "Starlight Express". The Zeche Zollverein in Essen is also close by. Very friendly and helpful landlords!

Very large and well furnished holiday apartment
The holiday apartment is well located. From there, cultural events and amusement parks in and around Bochum are easily accessible. The holiday apartment is spacious and very well furnished. The landlady is very uncomplicated and available for her guests if needed.

Holidays in Wattenscheid
Beautiful and bright apartment with garden, central location, we could quickly go to Bochum even without a car, to the Bermuda Triangle ;-) We didn't want to leave and will come back more often.
