The apartment is part of a residential complex of remarkable architectural profile. This unit is a harmonious whole of elements from the dazzling beauty and an irresistible charm. It is built on three different levels: the living room, the master bedroom (with its own bathroom), and the top terrace. The living room has large windows offering a breathtaking view of Tavolara island, "suspended" between the bright blue sky background and the various shades of turquoise sea colors, which alternate throughout the day. This room gathers some pieces of furniture created by famous designers and contemporary painters, including the works of "Grcic" and "Rex Kralj" and the paintings of the Tuscan painter "Lupetti" (mentioned in the Italian painters national register). A delicious cooking top made in pink granite, together with ancient tiles made and painted by hand by the well known Richard - Ginori, enlivens the environment and imposes itself as an attractive element to enjoy chatting and good company. A jut in pure white wall, behind which soft LED lights can be ...... "colored," pleasantly frames a 40" extra flat LED TV set. On the sea facing terrace a few revisited, romantic antique iron chairs (together with a small table) creep in the context with a delicate poetic touch. An impressive marble staircase with a delicate hand-wrought iron handrail, leads from the living room to the bedroom and the bathroom on the upper floor. The room is spacious and expertly balanced between ancient and modern style. A beautiful antique iron bed, coated in pure fine gold and bought about 40 years ago at an important Florentine antiquarian, immediately absorbs the attention and soon after bounces toward the huge window facing the sea to look out on a endless expanse of fades of blue. Design lamps, dim lights and LED spotlights decorated with artistic Venetian glass, plunge the environment in an atmosphere of poignant fascination. From the first floor an outside staircase leads to the upper terrace (the highest point of the complex), where the view sweeps the horizon around 360 ° from left to right, on a continuum of small emotions, on the heady colors of the sea, on the varied areas the green countryside, on the gentle roughness of the surrounding hills where everything is impregnated by the intense fragrance of the Mediterranean scrub. The whole of distinctive features, the details, the exterior colors that blend in harmony with the nuances of the interior ones, tend to transcend reality inadvertently overflowing and subliminally slipping onto the dream.

This area was personally chosen by the owner for the fascinating scenery and the wonderful beaches in the surroundings, each one different from the other: rocky bays, sandy creeks and the Tahiti beach with white and pink sand and tropical colours.
Along the coast you can spot several interesting restaurants and country inns where you can have typical Sardinian meals and any kind of italian food. Around the area there are also all the facilities you might look for. You can choose among horse rides, cross-country driving, diving, sailing for small and big groups, and lots more.
