Description
The holiday flats Katja 1 and 2 were extensively renovated in 2016. All rooms, the furniture, mattresses, slatted frames and the furnishings are completely new.
They are located on the ground floor. Apart from the entrance stairs, there are no steps in the flats. A spacious eat-in kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a hallway are available to guests here. The terraces are south-west facing. A bicycle shed and several barbecues are available for our guests.

Schöne Wohnung mit allem was man braucht
Wir waren mit Freunden in der FeWo Katja 1 und 2 - jeweils 2 Erwachsene+2 Kinder/Teenager.
Die beiden Wohnungen waren nett, hell, freundlich und gemütlich eingerichtet.
An Ausstattung war alles ausreichend vorhanden, was man braucht.
Der Esstisch war ausziehbar, so dass wir sogar zu acht gemeinsam essen/frühstücken konnten.
Sehr schöne, ruhige Lage - in 10 Minuten fussläufig in Norden. Fahrradverleih um die Ecke.
Supermärkte, Restaurants fussläufig erreichbar.
Die Betten waren etwas hart, aber das ist ja Geschmack-/Gewohnheitssache.
Sehr netter Vermieter. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Für Familien mit Kindern ungeeignet
Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einem 4 Familienhaus, alle 4 Wohnungen sind Ferienwohnungen und über ein Gemeinschaftstreppenhaus zu erreichen. Wir waren mit 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern (13 & 8 Jahre) für eine Woche dort. Wir fanden es für uns dort komplett ungeeignet. In der kompletten Wohnung gibt es keine Fliegengitter und die Wohnung ist sehr warm. Die Mückenstiche ließen grüßen. Der Garten ist lediglich ein kleiner Grünstreifen ums Haus, kaum als Garten zu bezeichnen geschweige denn zu nutzen. Die Terrasse ist lediglich durch ein Seitenrollo von den Nachbarn getrennt. Der Aussenbereich somit ernüchternd.
Die Wohnung an sich ist mit dem notdürftigsten bestückt, extra´s sind hier leider nicht zu erwarten wie z.B. Geschirrspültabs, Müllbeutel, etc.
Die Sauberkeit ist ok.
Das Wlan ist leider kaum als dieses zu bezeichnen, scheinbar durch alle 4 Wohnungen genutzt erinnert dieses an alte Zeiten "lieber, lieber Ladebalken ..." für Hernwachsende eine Katastrophe.
Leider kann auch der Standort nicht punkten, lediglich die 2 Minuten entfernten Bäcker + Fleischer geben dort einen Pluspunkt.
