Description
Very cosy and generously furnished semi-detached house.
The rooms on the ground floor consist of the hallway, a WC, a storage room and a large living area with living room, bay window dining room and a fitted kitchen
Cable TV, video recorder, DVD player and a small stereo system are available
The fitted kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee maker, toaster, egg boiler, cooker with oven, crockery and cutlery for six persons.
The rooms upstairs consist of a shower room and two separate bedrooms
Each room has two fixed beds and one pull-out armchair with slatted frame, all six sleeping places are of very good quality
There is also a travel cot, a high chair and an ironing board
The floors are covered with materials suitable for allergy sufferers. (Tiles on the ground floor, linoleum floors on the upper floor)
Garden furniture and a barbecue are in the separate storage room on the terrace.
A lockable bicycle shed is available for your bicycles.
Out of consideration for allergic guests, pets are not allowed.

Location and surroundings of object
This semi-detached brick house, with its own garden and parking space, is in a very quiet location between the North Sea and the town centre with its pedestrian zone. There are excellent shopping facilities and several restaurants nearby. The beach is approx. 2.5 km away and the town centre of Norden approx. 1.5 km.

Die Außenanlagen machen keinen guten Eindruck, ob Lattenzaun und pflege des Grundstück. Im Fahrradabstellraum stehen 2 Fahrräder - nicht mehr brauchbar - gehören zur Entsorgung ! Dieser Unterstand gehört aufgeräumt und das Unnötige entsorgt.

Es ist ein sehr sehr schönes Haus. Alles da was man braucht. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind alle vor Ort . Es ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.
