We are pleased to introduce you to our holiday home "Zwaantje", which was completed at the end of 2015.
Only 5 km from the tourist stronghold of Greetsiel, you will find this tastefully bright and friendly furnished holiday destination in a quiet cul-de-sac location in the village of Eilsum.
It impresses with its direct waterfront location on the Old Greetsiel Lowland.
On a good 100 sqm of living space, distributed over 2 levels, and equipped with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, families or groups of up to 6 people will find enough space to feel at home, but 2 people can also relax here wonderfully.
This cosy "Frisian house" offers you all the comforts for an unforgettable holiday at any time of year, pure relaxation far away from the hustle and bustle of our time.
Through the hallway with wardrobe you enter the spacious open living-dining area, the centre of the ground floor with lots of light and a view into the garden.
In the modern and fully equipped kitchen, you have a wide range of equipment at your disposal.
The adjoining utility room offers enough space for your supplies. Washing machine, clothes horse, ironing board and iron are of course available for you.
At the cosy dining table there is enough space for 6 people to spend sociable hours. This wonderful box seat gives you an indescribably beautiful view of the Siel.
Enjoy the evenings on the comfortable corner couch. Flat-screen DVD and BlueRay players leave almost nothing to be desired.
A special highlight: in the cold season, the fireplace spreads cosy warmth and pleasant comfort.
The spacious daylight bathroom on the ground floor with shower at ground level and heated floor also contributes to your well-being.
Directly next to the bathroom you will find a bedroom with double bed ( x ).
The house is barrier-free on the ground floor but not suitable for wheelchairs.
The attractive wooden staircase leads you to the centre of the upper floor, a spacious gallery with a large skylight, desk and seating furniture.
From here you enter another shower room with WC and 2 bedrooms.
One bedroom offers you a double bed ( x ) the second bedroom has 2 single beds ( x ) and a walk-in wardrobe.
Both bedrooms are equipped with swivel-mounted TVs.
A BlueRay player completes the offer.
All bedrooms can be darkened with pleated blinds.
A travel cot and a high chair are available for our younger guests.
The floors are completely tiled or have laminate flooring. Unfortunately, pets are not welcome in this allergy-friendly non-smoking house. All windows are equipped with insect screens.
You can store your bicycles in the garden house.
Garden table, chairs and barbecue can also be found there.
There are 2 private parking spaces on the property.
The property has direct access to the lake and is not fenced in.
Our internet connection via W-LAN is available to you free of charge.
For renting we work together with our partner Vermietungsservice Lohmann in Greetsiel, who welcomes you personally and is available for your wishes during your stay.
