Dear guests, we are pleased to inform you that we will be open for you again from 30 May 2020!
All requirements and hygiene concepts are fulfilled by us, because your health is close to our hearts.
So that you can comply with the hygiene, there are disinfectant sprays, liquid soap, washing and dishwashing detergents, as well as a washing and dishwashing machine at your disposal in our domiciles.
Before you move into the accommodation, it will be subjected to a highly efficient check-up by our resident property manager!

"WELCOME TO OUR HOLIDAY APARTMENT "Gerda"! It is run under the "KVP thought" (continuous improvement process). This means that the suggestions and wishes that our guests leave as feedback at the end of their holiday are gradually implemented by us as far as possible. This brings our guests the highest quality of relaxation and us good ratings and occupancy. The maximum occupancy of 5 persons is 2 adults and 3 children. For adults or teenagers the max. occupancy is 3 persons. The holiday flat is situated in a beautiful, quiet location, surrounded by meadows, fields and forests with a view of the Bavarian mountains
The flat has been completely redesigned with suggestions from our guests. A new fitted kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, extractor fan, microwave etc. has been integrated. The living area is equipped with a new relax couch, LCD flat screen TV 32' FULL HD, with digital SAT-ANLAGE and DVD. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed and a single bed (hotel mattresses) and a sofa bed. A terrace complete with lattice and lockable gate, south-west orientation is also available. It brings security for your toddler and/or your dog. A parking space is directly at the entrance of the flat. DSL W-LAN is in preparation!
Breakfast or half board can be booked optionally in the holiday village, restaurant "Schlossberg Stub'n" or in the village, hotel "Zum Bräu". Bread roll service is offered on site. Costs for bed linen with towels 10,00€, bed linen without towels 7,50€, single towel 1,00€
Arrival from o'clock - departure until o'clock. Pets are welcome, provided that they are: character-proof, are not placed on seating, reclining and sleeping furniture. Suitable documentation must be brought along for this purpose. In the main season and in the further season 1 only whole week occupancies are possible. The maximum occupancy of 5 persons is only possible with children, but not recommended. From now on the additional costs: (heating, water, electricity, rubbish, DSL are included in the rent, so you can calculate your accommodation costs exactly to the cent. !! Children under 14 years of age do not have to be included because of the additional occupancy !!!

Location and surroundings of object
. The use of an indoor pool, steam bath, sauna and/or sunbed is possible for a small fee at the Hotel zum Bräu. The holiday village is surrounded by meadows, fields and forests, on the outskirts of Zandt. The district town of Cham is approx. 10 km away and offers various shopping facilities. There are beautiful hiking and cycling paths, children's playgrounds and also a football field at the holiday village. In the village, the hotel "Zum Bräu" offers the possibility of a Bavarian bowling evening on a typical asphalt bowling alley. Also nearby: Nature and leisure parks, fishing possibilities, canoe/boat rental; bathing lake; horse riding; in the village itself doctor, dentist, hairdresser, shop, butcher's shop; massage practice; restaurants and café; electrical shop etc. weekly events; beautiful nature and leisure park; sports field; fishing, mountain climbing, cycling, golf, inline skating, canoeing, mountain biking, paragliding, horse riding, swimming, skiing, snowboarding, tennis, hiking. Zandt is very central to the many sights and to the Czech Republic (only 25 km) with good shopping facilities. Day trips to Prague, Pilsen, Marienbad Karlsbad, Krummow-Budweis, Passau, Regensburg, Munich etc. are possible without any problems.

We, Adele & Gerd, have been married for 39 years, live on the Lower Rhine and love the Bavarian Forest. Here we met Irene & Sepp Heigl who have been looking after our houses since 2010. We have three properties, Haus Adele, Haus Livi and Ferienwohnung Gerda, as we often holiday here together with our children and grandchildren. It is very important to us that you feel as comfortable during your stay as we do. Therefore, we attach great importance to a pleasant living feeling and arrange our holiday home accordingly. Because of this, it is also a non-smoking house. However, you are welcome to smoke on the terrace if you wish. We look forward to your visit! The super location, with the dog you are immediately in free nature, beautiful hiking trails and good excursion possibilities: Prague, Pilsen, Karlsbad, Budweis, Passau, Regensburg Munich Nuremberg, Vienna to name but a few.
