Welcome to our house Schröer, enjoy your holiday in a quiet environment, to experience the view of a wonderful mountain world - that alone is for many already relaxation and recreation pure!
But not only the beautiful view makes the location of our house so attractive: You live all alone in the upper floor without noise from lead directly past our house.
Schruns as the main town of the Montafon as well as the entire Montafon surroundings offer a varied wealth of leisure facilities and activities for young and old.
Winter guarantees snow enjoyment with Montafon's huge skiing areas Silvretta Montafon, Gargellen, Golm and also Brandnertal as well as with a variety of cross-country skiing trails and winter hiking paths. The covered artificial ice rink in the Aktivpark Montfaon as well as the 5.5 km long, illuminated toboggan run Garfrescha complete the winter offer.
In summer numerous hiking areas, mountain railways and mountain huts invite you to fantastic hikes.
Further summer offers for sporty holidaymakers: Aktivpark Montafon, Alpenbad Montafon, Mountainbeach, all-weather pool Aquarena, bike trails as well as tennis and golf facilities.

How to get there:From the centre at the church, keep left and drive between Hotel Taube and Gemeindeamt into Jacob-Stemer Weg, follow this and take care > Alter Hofweg, drive past Landhaus Berthold and immediately turn right >Abzweigung-Hofweg (Wegzeiger > Hof - Gamplaschg) > still approx. 500m along house is on the right hand side

As if made for us!
Solid flat with very nice landlords. We have been coming for a few years now and it is already a little piece of "home" for us.
The only drawback: if you want to go to the lift, you have to drive.
recommend for: holiday with children, skiing holiday

quiet vacation apartment
The vacation rental is really very quiet. Small criticism is that the apartment has an open hallway to the staircase and is not completely closed off. That is a matter of taste, but it was not a problem for us. Otherwise everything was fine and very clean.
recommend for: adventure and experience, cultural and sightseeing holiday

Fijn vakantiehuis!
We hebben een fijn vakantiehuis gehad.
Schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien!
Het enige kleine puntje wat verbeterd kan worden is: wat extra thee glazen en koffiemokken. Nu moesten we elke dag de vaatwasser aanzetten, dat zou met aanvulling minder nodig zijn.

Thank you for the 5 Stars Rating. We were not aware that we have not enough tee glasses and coffee cups, now we have added all resereved glasses and cups we have at home.we hope you come next time again.
