The Holiday flat

A modern apartment with two bedrooms. Both bedrooms are equipped with double beds and large fitted wardrobes. The 2 bathrooms have a shower and toilet. The dining room and living room are very modern. Elegant leather furniture invites you to cozy lingering. A flat-screen TV has German programs. The apartment is equipped with WiFi. The use is free!
The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped. This includes fridge, freezer, ceramic hob, oven, dishes and cooking utensils, dishwasher and washing machine.
From the living room leads into the beautiful conservatory. The glass curtains can be fully opened so that the conservatory is one with the almost 60 m² terrace. From here you can see the Ifach and the blue Mediterranean. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and heating. Throughout the apartment high-quality marble floor is laid. An elevator and a garage add to the convenience.
The apartment includes a well-tended garden with a playground and a children's pool and a community pool. The facility is completely fenced and can only be used by the residents. In a few meters you will reach the fishing port with many restaurants, bars and the sandy beach of Calpe.
An apartment that every season has its charms. It is also ideal for the winter. The winter months are, on the Costa Blanca, still pleasantly warm and the light makes the winter seem more pleasant.

The apartment is located in Calpe very close to the beach, the harbor and the salt lake with wild flamingos.
Opposite the apartment begins the sprawling sandy beach, the beach promenade in Calpe and several smaller bays. This is a popular place on a summer day, the waves gently coming to the wide beach, playgrounds, beach volleyball courts offer opportunities for exercise and amusement, and large palm trees provide shade.
At the beach promenade are many restaurants and cafes. Ideal for a short break.
Only 5 minutes from the apartment is the fishing port with many restaurants and sidewalk cafes that are open all year.
Also, the city center and its beautiful old town is not far. Outside the door there is also a bus stop.
A few minutes walk from the apartment is the Peñón de Ifach, the striking mountain and the landmark of Calpe. For walkers and hikers a popular destination.
Calpe is a popular resort on the Costa Blanca, with a lot of history and beautiful modern shops.

additional information about rental price:

Per person we charge 15 € for bed linen and towels. When booking a 25% deposit is required; the balance is to be paid 6 weeks before departure. The deposit on arrival is € 200, which will be returned upon completion of the stay. The deposit can be paid in cash on the spot. Use of the internet is free. Cot is possible.
Utilities (air conditioning, heating) are charged according to meter reading. In the winter months is available for long lets (min. 1 month) included € 160 / month energy package. The usually time of arrival is between 4pm -8pm and departure between 8am- 11am.
Small pets are allowed: additional costs 25 €

Het is smaakvol ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien .

Das Apartment ist sehr schön ausgestattet und verfügt über eine großzüge Terrasse mit Meerblick und einen Gemeinschaftspool. Der Sandstrand, viele Bars und Restaurants sind in unter fünf Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Supermärkte, wie ALDI und LIDL sind mit dem Auto ca. 5 Minuten entfernt. Dort lässt es sich auf jeden Fall gut aushalten und der Service ist auch top. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Das Apartment ist sehr gut eingerichtet. Die große Terrasse und vor allem der Wintergarten sind optimal. Erwähnenswert ist die zentrale Lage. Zu Strand und Bäcker ist nur ein kurzer Fußweg und auch die Altstadt ist über die Strandpromenade leicht zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Apartment war sehr gepflegt, es ist alles vorhanden was einen Urlaub angenehm macht.
Strand Restaurants und Supermärkte alles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Die Terasse ist ein Traum.

Das Appartment Nautilus II ist eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung. Die Lage direkt am Hafen von Calpe und der schöne Sandstrand sind optimal. Bäcker, Supermarkt und Restaurants und Bars sind fussläufig zu erreichen. Was will man mehr. :-) Wir kommen gerne wieder.
