It is located in Miami-Platja (Playa) in Catalonia on the Costa Dorada, in a villa area, no high-rise buildings.
Sea distance approx. 1200 mtr. approx. 20 min. by foot, extensive, well-kept sandy beaches.

Cancellation terms:
- Rücktritt bis 35 Tage vor Mietbeginn 50 % des Mietpreises, Rücktritt 34 bis 15 Tage vor Mietbeginn 80 % des Mietpreises, Rücktritt 14 Tage bis zum Mietbeginn 90 % des Mietpreises. Die nicht zu erstattenden 10 % des Mietpreises sind für nicht entstandene Kosten für Wasser, Strom etc. Wir empfehlen eine Reiserücktrittsversicherung, welche Sie in jedem Reisebüro abschließen können. Grundlage für die Berechnung der Rücktrittskosten ist das Datum des Posteingangs oder E-Mail-Eingangs beim Hausbesitzer oder seinem Bevollmächtigten. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, daß der Mieter einen Ersatzmieter zu den gleichen Mietbedingungen stellt. In diesem Fall entfallen die Rücktrittsgebühren für den Zeitraum der Weitervermietung und es wird lediglich eine Bearbeitungsgebühr von 100,00 € erhoben. Bereits geleistete Anzahlungen muß der Mieter mit dem Ersatzmieter verrechnen. b.) Stornierung oder Rücktritt bei einer Pandemie: Bei einer Grenzschließung von seitens der spanischen Regierung erhalten Sie Ihre Anzahlung unter Abzug einer Bearbeitungsgebühr von 100,00 € zurück. In allen anderen Fällen z. B. wegen einer Reisewarnung eines Landes außerhalb Spaniens, sowie persönlicher Angst oder nicht ausreichend geimpft sein eines Mitreisenden, gelten die obigen Rücktritts- und Stornobedingungen.

A dream house.
We were greeted by a lovely property manager on arrival.
The house is very clean, the garden very well kept. You immediately notice that the house owners often spend their holidays here. The entire furnishing is of high quality - from the furniture to the crockery - very lovingly furnished. We did not use the living room at all. Pool, barbecue, garden, everything perfect. Very quiet surroundings and nice neighbourhood. Supermarkets, restaurants and beaches within a few minutes. Excellent for pet owners, the property is completely fenced.
We have often rented holiday homes and also rent ourselves. The pool villa Sila was the best and most beautiful house we have stayed in. We will gladly come back and can recommend the house to others.
Unfortunately there is no offer for a long-term rental. We would like to spend the winter here for three or four months.

quiet oasis
If they would tell the owners of the Oliva the following.
Upon entering Villa Oliva this summer 2019, we couldn't help but be amazed. We admired every room and every detail. And with how much love the house was furnished. We immediately felt at home in the Oliva and more than enjoyed our holiday. The house and the whole complex exudes extreme tranquillity
After 2 weeks of holiday we were very rested and afterwards also very sad to leave such a beautiful complex.
We thank you and hope that we can spend our next holiday in the Oliva.
