Electricity is charged on site according to consumption at $0.15 cents/kWh. All appliances in the house are new (2017 and 2018) and purchased extra electricity efficient.

Villa Harriet on the Splendor Canal was completely renovated in 2016 (new paint, new bathrooms, new floors throughout, brand new furnishings) and offers everything for a comfortable Florida stay with the whole family. Lighted 8.5 m heated salt water pool with LED outdoor shower. Since the pool system was renewed in 2018, this pool uses little electricity to heat! We paid extra attention to this when we bought it.

Villa Harriet has a child safe separate area. In this area, young children cannot access the Splendor Canal or the pool area as this area is lockable. In this area, which is protected from the sun and cannot be seen by neighbours, there are comfortable seating areas and sun loungers and a large sun umbrella.

Villa Harriet is situated on canal front property in an absolute south facing position with beautiful views.
Music can be streamed in the lanai as well as in the living room, photos can be viewed communally via AppleTV. The southern exposure makes it pleasant to eat at any time. There is a gas barbecue and a very large selection of crockery, cutlery, glasses, many pots (also for large groups), many pans, kitchen utensils, kettle, blender, good kitchen knives and other cooking utensils in large selection.
There is a new washing machine and a new giant dryer in the Laundry. Travertine flooring has been chosen throughout the house and lanai and around the pool. The entire house has been revamped.

Respect! The house is amazing!
Modern beautiful bright furnishings, We have never had a TV outdoors, beautiful pool chairs for the large saltwater pool (the water does not sting in the eyes, you hardly notice the salt). The beds were fabulous and the California king-size bed is really that long. The kayaks are also - like everything else in this house - very high quality and provided us with beautiful tours through the mangroves. Life jackets were also available. Nothing was missing in the kitchen. Many pans, many pots, many plates, many glasses, a lot of cutlery...lots of everything. Again, all very high quality. The property manager speaks German and was always available for questions and super nice. The pool table must be mentioned. It was fun. The house was very clean. There is also a large gas grill. With the boat, you can reach Sanibel Island in about 30 minutes. Shopping nearby is also convenient. There is also a German bakery Bread Pete Bakery and Cafe at 4402 Del Prado Blvd. They also speak German if you want.
