Location and surroundings of object
The house has two apartments with separate entrances. They share only the large garden with pool, equipped laundry room with two washing machines, ironing board and iron.
In the garden there is a covered car parking. The entry gate is equipped with automatism.
Fascinating are the nearby medieval villages such as Massa Marittima, Castagneto Carducci, Bolgheri, Suvereto and Campiglia on the famous wine road you can taste excellent wines. Also only 200 mt. is located a SPA CENTRE. to which you can easily access to holiday in comfort and a focus on health.
E 'can choose a striking cultural excursion to the Etruscan findings at Populonia / Baratti, the Archaeological Park of San Silvestro and visit the Museum of Piombino. Moreover, the coast offers beautiful beaches and cliffs suitable to satisfy all tastes about 15 km are the beaches of Castagneto Carducci, San Vincenzo and the Gulf of Baratti.
Lovers of art cities will scroprire with day trips Volterra (50 Km), San Gimingnano (70 Km), Pisa (90 Km), Florence (150 Km), Siena (90 Km). Nature lovers will certainly visit the WWF oasis of Bolgheri (13 km) and the Natural Park dell'Uccellina (80 Km). Also the nearby islands of Elba, Capraia and Giglio can be reached with daily sailings from the port of Piombino.
