Description
Our holiday home/large semi-detached house 140 m² offers enough space for 2 to 6 people. It is equipped with a large living room and cosy fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with large dining area, 3 bedrooms with TV, 2 bathrooms and a utility room with washing machine. The holiday home is centrally heated and is therefore rented out all year round. The house has a terrace with a cosy sitting area, barbecue, garden furniture and a playground with sandpit and swing for the little guests. A carport parking space is available for your car.
Smokers are kindly requested to smoke outside.
Pets are not allowed in the house.

Relaxing vacation
We arrived with 4 adults and two children. The welcome was very friendly and warm. The house is tastefully furnished and also very well equipped outside for long and cozy evenings. The location is good, water everywhere and for those who like it bigger, the coast is quickly reached to swim in the Baltic Sea. The house is very quiet so we could really relax and the boys could really let off steam playing football on the nearby sports field. The small lake in the village invites you to swim and explore. If you want to eat really well and abundantly, you will get your money's worth at Murmel - tip from the landlady. All in all, we had a nice and relaxing holiday there and would come back anytime. Thank you again to Mrs. Meissner.

Great accommodation
We were 4 adults and 4 children, it was right for all of us. The house is so spacious and superbly furnished, I have never seen anything better. The only disadvantage is that you are dependent on a car. We will book again as soon as possible for next year. We all loved it.

Megaaaaa
We are two adults and 4 children and the reception was great, our landlords are amazing.
Great location, relaxation and peace in the village.
Excursions to the Baltic Sea are possible if you are mobile.
The house is amazing, three bedrooms with two beds in each, perfect for slumbering.
Everything is available, from W-LAN to a grater.
I can only recommend it to anyone who wants to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus
An absolutely beautiful and cozy holiday home where you can relax and enjoy the peace perfectly. Perfect for families with children as there are plenty of play options on the large property. Also, super friendly and nice owners where you simply feel good. Highly recommended!

Tolle Unterkunft
The semi-detached house was very well equipped and extremely cozy. The hosts were exceptionally nice and accommodated our wishes. They even turned on the heating when it got chilly. Our travel group consisted of 5 seniors aged 76 to 82. Unfortunately, we didn't have good weather, but that's nobody's fault. It was all the more important that we could make ourselves comfortable in the house. We highly recommend the accommodation and the friendly hosts. Witzin is indeed a bit remote, so you will need a car.

Relaxing vacation
We can highly recommend the holiday house. Sufficient space (especially for the three of us), lovingly and comfortably furnished; in addition, carport, small playground, outdoor seating, barbecue, fireplace (wood is provided). Cleanliness is a top priority. Very suitable for children. Witzin is an ideal starting point for excursions... Sternberg, Güstrow, Schwerin, Rostock... Baltic Sea... and much more.
The holiday house is located in a truly peaceful location. Absolutely relaxing! Dear Edith, dear Lothar, thank you very much for your hospitality! Both of you are so warm and open-hearted. Next year (Christian has already booked for August next year), we will probably be able to play cards and/or Kniffel. :-)

Class holidays !!!!
We arrived with 6 people, including 4 children. The welcome was, as last time, very friendly and warm. The house is tastefully decorated and also well equipped outside for long and cozy evenings. The location is good, water everywhere and for those who prefer it larger, the coast of the Baltic Sea is quickly reachable for swimming. The house is very quiet so we could really relax and the children enjoyed the beautiful playground. If you want to eat really well and plentifully, you're in for a treat at Murmel - tip from the landlords. All in all, we had a lovely and relaxing holiday there and would come back anytime. Ruhige und schöne Urlaubstage
First of all, a warm greeting to the dear and kind landlords, Edith and Lothar, who were always helpful when we had questions. The house and garden are clean and well-maintained. For children, there is a nice small playground and plenty of space to run around on the quietly located property. We started several bike tours from the small village Witzin. You can go for a nice walk here, but also hike. We were very satisfied with everything and would like to thank you again for allowing us to feel at home here for 13 days. Greetings also to Detlef... a great holiday neighbor.

Class vacation!
We, four adults and three children, were on holiday in Witzin at the beginning of September. Since we liked the accommodation so much last year, we booked it again for this year. The quiet location (last house at the end of the sandy path), the good facilities, the proximity to many lakes and swimming opportunities, the sea, cities like Güstrow, Sternberg, Wismar... all speak for themselves and are highly recommended all around. The children had fun and play opportunities with a swing, sandbox, and treehouse.

Urlaub auf dem Land
We can recommend this holiday home without hesitation. The equipment is modern, the couch is great, and there is a huge supply of wood for the fireplace in winter. The location offers trips to the Mecklenburg Lake District and the Baltic Sea. Also, a small bathing lake is within walking distance; just ask the super friendly landlords. The federal highway is not far away, but you can't hear anything day or night and still have good accessibility. It should be noted that you should have a car and that the roosters in the area crow from 4 a.m. in the summer, but even as city kids, we got used to it after 2 nights.

Familienurlaub
We felt very comfortable with our four children. The great garden especially appealed to the kids. The house has everything you need. It was very clean and cozy. We really enjoyed the tranquility and will definitely come back again.

Suitable for 6 people.
We stayed at the beautiful holiday home over the New Year. The location is very quiet, only cows in the field next door. There is plenty of space for 6 people, a nice fireplace in the living room which guests can use. The proximity to Güstrow, Sternberg, Schwerin, and Wismar makes the house interesting. Cycling enthusiasts will surely find suitable routes. The landlords are very nice and welcomed us with champagne for New Year. Small note: the kitchen equipment can still be adjusted to the number of tenants.
