The holiday home is easy reachable from Campofilone, a small hilly town in the province of Fermo.
This holiday home is on two levels.
On the ground floor of the villa there is a spacious living room with sofa and TV area, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. Closet with washing machine, dishwasher and large fridge, and a bathroom with shower.
From the ground floor, an elegant stone staircase leads to the first floor where there is:
– a double bedroom;
– a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed;
– a bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed;
– a bathroom with bathtub provided with shower wall.
The entrance on the ground floor is shaded by a large panoramic porch, overlooking the beautiful valley and cooled by sea breeze. In the shade of the porch guests can dine, comfortably seated at the table, cook on the barbecue and enjoy a good glass of wine.
The holiday home has a swimming pool with panoramic view. The pool area is equipped with sun loungers.
The property is fully fenced and has a large car parking.
A short stretch of private road takes to the mansion, which was built on a natural terrace.

The holiday home is easy reachable from Campofilone, a small hilly town in the province of Fermo, in an excellent area from the gastronomic point of view: the all over the world famous 'macaroni of Campofilone' and DOC wines such as Rosso Piceno, Rosso Piceno Superiore and Falerio.
Here guests can enjoy a fantastic panoramic view, ranging from the Sibillini Mountains to Pedaso on the Adriatic coast.

Cancellation terms:
- Free cancellation option until 60 days before the day of arrival.
- Special booking conditions 2021: For reservations confirmed starting from 01/12/2020, the following cancellation policy will apply: - cancellation up to sixty (60) days before the arrival date: 100% refund of the rental price; - cancellation from sixty (60) days before the arrival date to the arrival date: cancellation fee equal to 100% of the rental price (no refund); - cancellation during the stay: cancellation fee equal to 100% of the rental price (no refund). Cancellation due to force majeure COVID-19: in case of cancellation of the reservation due to proven travel impossibility due to government regulations restricting the freedom of movement on the national or international territory imposed to deal with the COVID-19 epidemiological emergency, Anita Villas will refund the amount paid for the reservation, without prejudice to the guest's duty to notify Anita Villas starting from 7 days before arrival, and in any case within the day before the booked stay, of the cancellation of the reservation with specific indication of the reasons mentioned above. Please note that any possible refund will be made by bank transfer in favour of the booking holder within the end of the year of the cancelled reservation. In the event that the payment of the reservation is made by credit card, in the event of a refund, an amount equal to 3% of the amount paid will be withheld for payment management costs.
