Villa Elia, built in 2012 and decorated with natural stone, is waiting to offer you unforgettable holiday moments and comfortable accommodation for 4 people. The independent and secluded villa not overlooked by neighbours enjoys privacy in its 1000 sq. m not on the main road, but just a few minutes walk from the center of Pitsidia village. Villa Elia is ideal for guests who appreciate the most perfect simplicity in a truly Cretan environment and for those seeking tranquility, seclusion, privacy, peace & total relaxation. Suitable for couples and families.
The Villa (80 sq. m.), designed in the ground floor for your better comfort, features two double bedrooms with Emperor size beds, a comfortable living room, a fully equipped open plan kitchen with dining table and a spacious bathroom, as well as a storeroom. The exterior of the villa includes a 35 sq. m. private swimming pool with children’s pool as well as a well maintained garden with barbeque facilities and outside douche.
Villa Elia has all the amenities you could wish for a perfect Villa holiday. All the rooms are air-conditioned and have fly nets. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, microwave, stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and dining table set. In the living room there is satellite TV, CD player and Radio, a wood-burning stove and a sofa bed. The two bedrooms are equipped with Emperor size beds (200x210 cm) and their large wardrobes offer you enough space for your clothing. The bathroom double showers, toilet, double sinks and a washing machine. Cleaning utensils, ironing board and iron are also available. The Villa is also equipped with Wi-Fi Internet, Safe and Hair-dryer. Sheets and towels are also provided as well as upon request a cot and a high chair . Private parking is available in the front yard.
The private terrace in the front garden overlooking the numerous olive trees as well as the village of Pitsidia is equipped with barbeque facilities and a dining table with chairs. The pool terrace overlooking the Ida moutain is equipped with two outside douches as well as sun loungers and is covered with a wooden pergola, providing that much needed shade. The garden area contains two more than 200 years old olive trees, fruit trees and other Mediterranean flowers.
Car hire is suggested. The nearest restaurants and minimarkets are a 2 minute drive, a 10-15 minute walk.
The villa is registered with the Greek Government to comply with rules for renting. EOT license MHTE 1039K91003003001

Beautiful vacation in Pitsidia.
A beautiful house with a great garden and pool. Located just outside the village of Pitsidia but still close to it. The town center and all necessary shops such as taverns, supermarkets, and bakeries are within walking distance. The friendly owners, Maria and Xenophon, took care of everything immediately and can be reached at any time. The beach is easily accessible by car and the water is very clean. We highly recommend the house with everything it has to offer. Pitsidia is a quiet place, more suitable for those seeking peace and relaxation. We had a great and relaxing time and would love to come back.

Traumhafte Villa in ländlicher Umgebung
Ideal für Ruhesuchende. Außerhalb der Ortschaft Pitsidia zwischen Feldern und Olivenbäumen gelegen, aber trotzdem ortsnah. Wenige 100m entfernt vom Ortskern, im Ort alles notwendige vorhanden, Tavernen, Supermärkte, Bäcker etc.
Die Betreuung von den sympathischen Vermieter, Maria und Xenophon, ist wirklich klasse. Telefonisch, per Email immer erreichbar und Wünsche werden umgehend erfüllt. Die Villa hat alles was das Herz begehrt, super Ausstattung und etliche Obstbäume auf dem Grundstück. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.

sehr schönes Haus mit allem, was macht braucht
wir waren eine Woche in der Villa Elia und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus liegt etwas außerhalb aber Pitsidia ist doch zu Fuß schnell erreichbar. Super Pool und sehr nette Vermieter. Sehr empfehlenswert! Wir hatten eine äußerst erholsame Woche.

Gewoon een keer doen.
Villa Elia is een mooie woning midden in een adembenemend natuurgebied vol beplant met olijfbomen, vijgen struiken, sinaasappel bomen, citroenbomen en granaatappel struiken. Overweldigende geur van muntplanten, basilicum en rozemarijn. Villa voorzien van alle benodigdheden. Geweldige service via de eigenaren Xenophon en Maria; ze staan 24/7 klaar voor je. in de omgeving prachtige dorpjes en stranden. Aanrader !
