This nice and spacious apartment for 4 people with private pool is the ideal choice for your holidays! The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a family house. It consists of two bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom with a tub and a washing machine and a large living room with fully equipped kitchen. The living room has got the access to the balcony that has a beautiful view of the pool and the greenery of the garden that spreads over 4000 m2. There are also the deck chairs, umbrellas, covered terrace with garden furniture and barbecue in the garden. Featuring also free wi-fi and air-conditioning. Private parking place is in front of the house.

The apartment Sara with pool is situated in a small Istrian village Nova Vas, 7 km from the centre of Porec and 6 km from the beautiful beach Lanterna. It is very quiet and peaceful, perfect for family vacations and people that wish to escape city jams and enjoy the untouched nature. People can take long walks through the country or go biking. The nearest beach offers many sport activities on the water and on the land like tennis, mini-golf, beach-volley, water ski, daiwing, boat Nearby there is the well known cave Baredine, were guests can visit the "traktor" museum also.
