Description
Holiday home Victoria is furnished for up to 4-6 people. It is very cosy. It consists of two rooms on the upper floor, bathroom with shower and toilet and a cosy sitting area. The bedroom on the upper floor consists of a double bed of 2x2m. In the combined living and sleeping room there are 2 bunk beds and a pull-out couch for sleeping. The couch is for one adult person or 2 smaller children. On the ground floor there is a guest toilet next to the large hallway. From the large hallway on the left you enter the large kitchen-living room with typical wood panelling. It is equipped with a magnificent tiled stove, which makes the whole holiday home wonderfully warm on cool evenings. The very well equipped kitchenette invites you to cook. In the kitchen you will also find all the accessories for cooking for a family of 6.

Location and surroundings of object
On our property you are on a very quietly situated former farm, which has been converted into a romantic estate. The entire property is fenced, surrounded by woods and meadows and therefore ideal for guests with dogs. Inside the fence are the two holiday homes, the main house of the host family and a barn
Our holiday home is located between Deggendorf and Passau, about 27 kilometres from Passau and about 5 kilometres from the A3 motorway - exit Iggensbach. It is only a few kilometres to the next village Schöllnach and about 20 km to Vilshofen.

| from the 2nd dog we charge an additional flat rate of 50€, the 1st dog may stay with its master free of charge. we do not charge a deposit. Payment of the rental price is made in advance by bank transfer to our account or in cash on arrival. |
Cancellation terms:
- You will be refunded the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 1 day before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock midday CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 1 day before check-in, the booking amount minus the price for the first night and the cancellation fee will be refunded.
