Very quiet villa in L 'Ametlla the mar in urbanization Sant Jordi d' Alfama, located in a lane adjacent to a green zone, with a landscaped tropical private garden of 4200m2. This 200m2 large detached villa is tastefully furnished and decorated with a mix of Mediterranean influences expense hasn’t been spared to maximize your holiday comfort.

The spacious living room is divided into a dining area and a lounge area with satellite TV, 52 inch flat screen, DVD and CD. The three double doors from the living room and the kitchen give access to the large L-shaped covered terrace with a large teak dining table () with 10 seats. A large L-shaped lounge seating area overlooking the pool and garden to chill out. From this covered terrace you will kick down and come on 160m large lower terrace and you can walk right into the pool.
A spacious kitchen with four burner gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer (3 drawers), coffee maker, blender, toaster, juicer, etc. The crockery and glass crockery are plentifully present. Also one can rely on sufficient table accessories. In a separate laundry room, you have a washing machine, Ironing Board, iron and storage area with shelves.

On the ground floor are two of the three spacious bedrooms. The first has two adjacent single beds () and wide pickled wardrobes. The second has four single beds () and cupboards. These two bedrooms have through the large reception hall, access to the fully equipped luxury bathroom with sink, enclosed shower and toilet. The broad staircase in the reception hall leads you provide to the upper third bedroom with two adjacent single beds () with adjoining dressing room with wide cupboards. The three bedrooms have ceiling fans.
Through the hallway you have access to a very large and fully equipped luxury bathroom with double sink, large tub, separate and enclosed shower, bidet and toilet. The upstairs bedroom and bathroom are through large window doors connected to the upper L-shaped terrace. Duvets and pillows are available. (Duvets not available from 15 June till 15 September).
In the living room has two single sofa beds (). Thus, this villa offers sleeping for 8 to 10 people.

Adjacent to the villa is the spacious L-shaped covered terrace, slightly lower the 160m2 large sun terraces laid out in natural stone including the private pool and open shower. The large pool (6x12m) with a wide steps, is inlaid with mosaic tiles and has halogen lighting. The upper terrace slopes down on to the lower terrace by wide stairs in natural stone whose rails merge into large traditional artisan way produced planters filled with tropical plants and palm trees. In the lower terraces is all around halogen floor lighting incorporated so that when night falls, the garden become attractive and magical. This tropical garden has many various types of palm trees, lower a pine forest and turns into in a natural area with a beautiful view of the green valley. The villa features wooden sun beds all provided with pillows, this to maximize your comfort. Near to the villa there is a barbecue area. Behind the villa you will have a clothesline to dry the laundry.

This villa is equipped with a hairdryer. In this villa you have a high chair and cot (for babies up to 3 years). If you wish to use this, you must inform us at the moment of booking. This service is free of charge.
The villa has been protected with iron grills and wooden shutters for all windows and doors. This villa has a large drive and parking for several cars.

Villa DOAH is located at 3500m from the sea and one of the coves with fine sand beach Cala Castillio. The residential urbanization Sant Jordi D’Alfama is located right and adjacent to the sea, surrounded by beautiful coves with crystal clear waters and fine sandy beaches. The urbanization Les Tres Cales has a small commercial center (at 2,200 m of the villa) with supermarket, bakery, restaurants, etc. Sant Jordi D’Alfama has two restaurants, a sports area with tennis court, mini football, pétanque field, playground, etc.
Sant Jordi D’Alfama is located just 7 km from the picturesque fishing village of l'Ametlla de Mar (with all bank, shop and catering facilities). Surrounded by a Provencal green-clad mountains chain, a preserved tourist zone without mass tourism, beaches and bays are not overcrowded, there you will find a nice balance between sun and sea, man and nature.

Calafat Retreats will exclusively provide your reservation. Feel free to ask about our rental modalities for reserving our holiday home. We do everything to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Our assistance team is on site during your stay. Should a problem arise, they will take care of you and try to resolve it as quickly as possible.

The drawing up of a lease with season rental is mandatory.

Minimum rental period by one or two weeks, depending the period. Not by days. Changeover day Saturday always in high season.

Included is the consumption of gas and water/ the household consumption of electricity linked to living/ Wi-Fi internet access and maintenance of the swimming pool (1 x a week).

Tea towels, bed linen and towels (towels only to use for the bathrooms or shower rooms inside the villa) are provided. Towels for use around the pool and at the beach you must always bring yourselves.

In Villa Doah you have a high chair and cot (for babies up to 3 years). If you wish to use this, you must inform us at the moment of booking. This service is free of charge.

Flat rate for each rental.
-Cleaning fee: € 120,-. (in the price calculation used by this site, the final cleaning is automatically added to the rent of the first week)
-Tourist tax in tourist establishments in Catalonia € 1,00 per adult per night - with a maximum tax of 7 nights, up to € 7,00 per adult per week, 2 weeks or more (exceptions persons from sixteen years or less, so at the age of 17 years)

-Pets are allowed at this location only on request. If you wish to bring your well-behaved dog, you must notify it upon reservation. Flat rate for each allowed pet € 35,- .

Security deposit
There will be a security deposit of € 750,- payable in cash on arrival. This deposit will be refunded in full at the end of the holiday subject to the accommodation and its contents being returned to the property owner in same condition. Any damages, losses or breakages will be deducted from the security deposit.

We only accept payment method by Bank Transfer.
Before booking be aware that we don’t accept payment by Bank Cards, Credit Cards or PayPal.

On the day of arrival you have access at the holiday accommodation after 17.00 hours in the afternoon. On the day departure you leave the holiday accommodation between 07.00 and at least at 10.00 hours in the morning.
This villa is rented for up to two families. Youth groups are not allowed.
No smoking permitted inside the villa.

Wir hatten das Glück die Pfingstferien hier verbringen zu können und können die Villa uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Es stimmt einfach alles - ruhige Lage, super sauber, netter Kontakt zum Vermieter. Einfach top!

Die Realität übertrifft sogar noch die Bilder. Das Haus liegt auf einem liebevoll gepflegten Anwesen mit Grill, Lounge Area, großem Esstisch und einem unglaublich schönen Pool. Am Anblick des mit kleinen blauen Mosaik Fliesen gekachelten Pool vor den Palmen konnten wir uns gar nicht satt sehen!

Auch die Ungebung ist sehr abwechslungsreich - viele Strände sind in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen und es mangelt weder an Supermärkten noch netten kleinen Restaurants.

Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!
