Description
Our holiday home is comfortably furnished in country house style. It offers plenty of space => 1 - 9 persons, so it is also suitable for a large family or 2 families. On the upper floor there are 3 double bedrooms - from bedroom 3 there is a space-saving staircase to the 4th bedroom (attic height 1.5m) with 3 flat single beds (90x-200cm). 2 rooms have an east-south balcony. The bathroom has a shower, bathtub and WC. On the ground floor there is a hall, large WC, storage room, kitchen and a large living/dining room with direct access to the south-facing terrace. A carport + 1 parking space and storage room are directly at the house.
The keys are handed over by the administration in the complex, so there is also a contact person in case of emergencies/defects.

is located on the southern peninsula of Zudar, close to the Glewitz ferry on the 'German Avenue Road' and in the middle of nature on the Southeast Rügen Biosphere Reserve. It is part of the Mecklenburg Bodden landscape and has its charms not only in summer. Nature lovers will get their money's worth here. Families, groups and single couples with or without pets will find real relaxation here.

We are a family with 2 children and 2 grandparents. 2 - 3 times a year we are here ourselves and enjoy the peace, a dark black starry sky and pure nature. We are particularly fond of the natural beaches "Palmer Ort" and "Gelbes Ufer". We have been renting the house for 10 years with mostly satisfied guests, some of whom come more often.
