If desired, the pool heating can be used via a heat pump (electricity billed according to consumption) and has its own 8-hole mini golf course. The property is bathed in sunshine all year round. The entire property is fenced and guarantees absolute privacy. The hedges protect against prying eyes.
Modern sun loungers, a parasol, and a gas grill are available for you on the pool terrace. In addition to the outdoor terraces, the 150 sqm holiday home has a furnished terrace, a spacious living-dining room with air conditioning, satellite TV (UHD TV with internet connection, 55 inches), sound system with Bluetooth and CD support, and fiber-optic internet connection via WLAN, kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, and toaster. A washing machine, ironing board, and iron are also part of the extensive amenities. The three double bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. Two bathrooms with shower and toilet are available.
For the cooler season, there is gas central heating.
Bringing a dog is allowed.
There are two parking spaces available on the property for your cars.
We offer the possibility to charge an electric car via a 220-volt outdoor connection. Electricity consumption is calculated based on usage. An extension cord for outdoor use is available.
The distance to the sandy beach is approximately 2.5 km, to Denia it is about 3 km.
