The house is carefully furnished with taste for holidays throughout the year. The house is in the south of Provence, a renovated old house with a big terrace with barbecue, private pool and huge garden in the hills.
The cottage has a kitchen and a large living room, 4 Provencal bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The region offers many tourist and sporting activities, wine tastings in wine cellars, perfumes and colors of the markets of Provence to 5 minutes.
The medieval village with shops is a 2 Km. A private swimming pool (10 x ). Or swim in the rivers, canoeing, walking, cycling, fish or play boules in the garden. Wireless Equipment

Location and surroundings of object
We are in direct vicinity of Valley Cèze and Ardèche Valley. Here you can canoeing, swimming and fishing. Close to Avignon, Orange, Nimes, see history, culture. Provencal markets and local products.
In half an hour from Avignon, Uzès, Pont du Gard and Goudargues and in an hour you are at the Mediterranean Sea and the Camargue or in Nimes.
You can swim in your holiday with us, walking, cycling, fishing, canoeing, boules. visit Provence markets, taste the wines in the wine cellars. You will live in a wing of our very old farmhouse (Mas), which is about km from a small village.
The valley of Cèze and the Ardèche Gorges are very close. All the conveniences and shops can be reached in a few minutes. Rest in a very tourist area.

getting there
From Lyon:
A7 motorway, exit "Bollène" take direction "Pont St Esprit". A Pont, with the round Direktionsrocade take "Bagnols sur Cèze" (and not the city center)
You are on N 86. Cross St Alexandre, come in Saint Nazaire.
In Saint Nazaire, two consecutive traffic lights (20 meters distance). 2. company law. Deep in the lane and then turn right and immediately turn left. Follow this little road that ascends the hill for km away. Mas des Fonts is 2 km after the first neighbors.
With TGV you reach Avignon.

Wonderful property in beautiful surroundings
After many experiences with holiday homes (especially in France), we found the perfect place here in the Vieux Murier, which we have already revisited several times. The extremely quiet and beautiful property is ideal for relaxing days, the partly antique furnishings are very tasteful, the kitchen is very well equipped and everything is overall very clean. From the garden and the very well-maintained pool, there is a fantastic view of the hilly vineyards in the surrounding area. The landlords are very helpful and give very good tips for excursions in the area. Through Philippe's tips, you also get to know places and wineries off the beaten track. The house is geographically very well located, so you can make nice trips to the Languedoc and Provence without spending a lot of time in the car. We will be back a few more times.
