The Holiday home

You can relax in the garden of this wonderful property, sunbathing on any of the eight deck chairs, reading the newspaper, rest at the hanging hammock or refreshing in the 7 x 3,5m chlorine swimming pool, with a depth ranging from 1.20m to 1.90m. It has a few terraces and a porch with barbecue area, equipped with a fridge, a table and chairs where you can enjoy nice moments and taste delicious summery meals and dinners. For the little ones of the family, you will also find swings for them to have fun!

The house is divided into two floors: the ground floor and the first floor. At the main floor you can find a furnished living room, a kitchen with a dining area, equipped with all the amenities for cooking, a double bedroom and another one with two single beds, a bathroom with a bath, and another one with a shower and also, a gym with some machines. In case you need it, we can supply a cot and a high chair free of charge. There's satellite-TV with German and Spanish channels (no English). There is also available an extra bed with an extra charge under request.The house as well has an independent washing room with washing machine, iron a iron board. Air conditioning is installed at the sitting room, the kitchen and one of the bedrooms. The fireplace is only for decoration purposes. At the first floor you will find a bedroom with a double bed, another one with two single beds and a bathroom with shower. There are six electric radiators for the winter.

Portocolom area is a nice tourist place located at the east of Majorca island, and it has a big range and variety of white sand beaches and very close coves that still preserve the typical marine traditional atmosphere from this side of Majorca. You can find little boats going every morning from the bay. At the area you will find fabulous beaches as s"Algar and Cala Marçal. At Cala Millor area, only 15 minutes driving distance, you will also find a safari and children parks.

If what you like are sports like golf, canoeing or cycling, then the area is ideal for you: for golf lovers, there is a golf course very close (Camp de Golf Vall d"Or, at s"Horta) and for canoes and bicycles there are shops for rent at Portocolom centre. Also, Portocolom has a wide range of nightlife restaurants and pubs where you can have fun and enjoy to the maximum your holiday nights.
