Descriptions

The Holiday home

Outside of the house, there is a private chlorine pool, 16*4 m and a depth of 0.4 to 1.8 m. Next to it, there is a terrace that gives a modern air to the exteriors. There you can sunbathe on one of the 4 sun loungers, make a barbecue or have an outdoor refreshing shower. The owners paid great attention to the details and created an amazing, Mediterranean garden with palm trees, orange trees and flowers. At the rear of the house, you can enjoy a glass of wine in the porch with idyllic views to the countryside. Furthermore, you both adults and children can have fun playing an exciting basketball game.

Thanks to the big windows, the ample sitting-dining room is a comfortable and bright place to watch a film on the satellite-TV or a DVD with your kids or have a cup of tea by the fireplace. The spacious kitchen with gas hob is fully-equipped and has direct access to the pool. The laundry offers a washer, an iron and an ironing board.

A staircase leads you to the upper floor with a second living room, ideal for those who have to work or study during their holidays. On that floor there's a double bedroom with changing room and a private bathroom with bath tub and shower as well as one twin bedroom with shower bathroom en-suite. Both bedrooms are equipped with A/C and for the winter there's central heating.

This unique finca is located near Algaida, a small and quiet town in the centre of Mallorca surrounded by wheat fields. In Randa you can hike or cycle, as there are many nice routes, for example to the Santuari de Cura, a hill with panoramic views over the centre of Mallorca. Furthermore, there is an equitation centre in Randa, where you can have riding lessons and two golf courses, Puntiro and Son Gual, are also quite close. In the centre of Algaida you will find a small grocery shop, a café and a bank. More shops and amenities can be find in Inca and Palma.

A car is necessary to go to the beach. The closest, S'Arenal, is located in the south and it is a lively beach with lots of pubs, discotheques, shops and leisure activities. Southwards are the beaches Es Trenc, Sa Rapita and Es Carbo, all fine grained, white sand beaches. The bays in the Tramuntana mountains are mostly rocky and surprise with crystal clear waters, for example Cala Deià, Cala Estellencs, Cala Banyalbufar and La Calobra.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.


Guests will receive an email 7 days prior to arrival with mandatory general deposit payment information. The deposit is payable by credit card via a secure link within 24 hours after receiving the email. For more details, please contact the office using the information on the reservation confirmation received after booking.
Arrival: from 4.00 pm. Departure: before 10.00 am. For arrivals after midnight (12.00 a.m.) a fee of 50€ may be charged, which the client has to pay in cash at the moment of check-in.
